Very close to attraction, very clean and neat. The roof top was very nice to take pictures at night As most hotel in Japan. They are very small rooms

A super place to stay. Location very good with easy access to historical culture, dining, drinking and shopping. Nothing

Good breakfast Verry strange makeshift tiny bathroom. Felt like it belonged in an airplane. They charge for every little thing. Didn’t feel like the Japanese vibe we had everywhere else. Seemed cheap.

The people and customer service. It was small but it was good

Clean property with a great staff in a nice part of Tokyo. Rooftop deck was nice.

Very hot. Was probably our lack of understanding though on how to make the air conditioner work.

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

The rooms are a bit too small, making it hard to move around AND keep your suitcase open. although price and locality explain it.

great location, friendly efficient and professional staff rooms were too small and not well laid out for the size. the hotel needs to provide a lounge and or bar area for guests as the rooms are too small to socialize in. probably a little expensive for the size of room and lack of communal facilities. the breakfast was average with most of the ingredients pre frozen

A fine hotel right near Sensoji temple in Asakusa. Great location, just a short walk from both ends of Asakusa station. Plenty of food and entertainment options nearby. The rooftop area is fantastic, offering great views of the city and the nearby temple and was a lovely place to enjoy a drink and a snack. Room was fairly small for two people and a bag of luggage each.

The Acaici bowls for breakfast was delicious every day The beds are too firm. Only 1 mini size trash can for the entire room & bathroom

Like many Tokyo hotel rooms, the room was a bit small. However, this is true of most hotel rooms in Tokyo.

I liked the the area, super close to the tower, super comfortable and clean

The hotel asks for city tax to be paid separately, around 8 dollars. I have stayed in a different hotel in Tokyo and they didn’t require it. Although the amount was small, it felt like an unexpected extra charge by the hotel. Later I realized it had been mentioned during the reservation process. It would be more convenient if the fee was included in the price automatically

You couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Asakusa! 2 Lawsons less than a 2 minute walk away an a 711 about 5 minutes away. Bus that takes you to the skytree and the ginza line is about a 10 minute walk. The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are well equipped and have AC and a heater. The windows also opens. I think the best part of this hotel is the rooftop viewing deck. It has a great view of the skytree and especially senso ji. I did have a slightly negative interaction with one of the staff at the front desk. I must have do something annoying or perhaps rude, I just can't figure out what it was. After we got checked in this staff member seemed annoyed every time I walked through the lobby. Nevertheless, the staff was wondering, and I hope the staff member realizes whatever I did was done in ignorance. I do my best to lurn and do better.

Location is great! Despite prior intimation and room availability, there was miscommunication regarding early check-in. The front desk initially agreed to allow a complimentary early check-in for a couple of hours, but just before we proceeded to the lift, we were called back and asked to pay an additional ¥10,000 instead. Unfair, but I paid because of two seniors with me. The hotel also lacks adequate English language proficiency at the front desk despite serving many international tourists. Another downside is that the only coffee shop opens only for 3 days in the week.
