Great location

Because of the price I probably shouldn’t complain but the air conditioner did not work at all so the room was incredibly hot. And also people that were staying there stayed up until 3 AM talking loudly so I could not sleep. The bedding was dirty it was not clean. And there was no staff when I arrived and also when I left at 9 o’clock in the morning. There was zero assistance.

They asked us to take off our shoes, but there weren't enough mats for everyone.

Perfect location, full equipment kitchen, everything looked clean The room assigned to us was next to the main entrance, so everyone kept trying to open or knock on our door, which was uncomfortable. The room is very small, and all guests have to leave their luggage in the living room due to the lack of space.

The location is the best. I don’t think there’s many places that could top the convenience of being literally next to the station as well as surrounded by shops and food. Staff was there cleaning everyday and are friendly. Amenities are great Like most reviews the lack of ability to store your luggage adequately is the biggest issue. Then potentially other guest can be. I didn’t have much of a problem and everyone minded their own business but some people do make the capsule rooms smell.

Great location, otherwise cozy spot. I've stayed in the exterior dorm room and the single room before and they were great. The capsule room had zero ventilation and smelled like homeless people. I had to leave after one night and did not receive a refund.

It was not very clean and the bathrooms were stuffy and a pile of beer cans were in the balcony which was also open at odd times

Uncomfortable mattress, no staff, cleaning debatable .

The entry way to the common area is set up very cute and we had a fridge and little “kitchen” are which was nice and the beds are comfortable The bedroom area itself is small and you can’t really put your bags in there, even your small personal bags unless you want to sleep with them on your bed. There is no room in the shower to get changed and the rest of the bathroom area is a common area so you kind of have to get changed in the shower room which was tight, and it smelled very odd. I mean the smell might of been from switching from all women hostels to a mixed hostel and I also have a weak stomach when it comes to smells but it was not great to be honest, the pictures kind of deceived me but it was also my first ever trip and first time using hostels so …

Clean, have everything, Comfortable, no one bothers you, I had no problems with noise Small, very small corridors of the rooms to pass if there are people, there is no space to put some suitcase or clothes

The only confusion for me was which towel I should use but other than that I loved it!

I didn’t get breakfast. I loved the location made it very easy to travel. There was a bug in my capsule. I killed it. But then I realized that I had about 10 bug bites in a line on my hip. Sounds like bed bugs. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Also, the smell was bad. A lastly, there is a club above that floor. The hallway smelled like liquor and the stairs had throw up on them. It’s a very dirty staircase. And they played loud music until 6am.

However, No towels.were provided. We requested on first day thru booking.com messaging but did not get any until 3rd day. One late night when we were trying to sleep, I could hear music that seem to be coming from upstairs (@Burrito?), and people stomping on the floor.

The shared-living room area was nice. The section from the second floor to the third floor is filthy dirty. Someone really needs to do a cleaning job on it: either the owners of the building or the WARDROBE HOSTEL itself!!!! It is making a very terrible impression. Their cute entrance sign was also broken: disgusting. Note that both men and women were using the same shower room together. Also, men and women were placed together in the same room, which I had not expected. Note that the shower-room door does not have SHOWERS written on it.

Clean and quiet room in the middle of a busy market. Great value and good amenities. Perfect for a quick rest after a full day of shopping.

Stayed for 2 nights, never saw or spoke to a staff member. Luckily the other guests were helpful with door codes and information. Arrived on time for check in to find no one and others just told me to find an empty bed. The location was super convenient tho
