The beds were a little hard. But otherwise it was a nice stay for a reasonable price.

Location was TERRIFIC. You're right above a conbini and seconds away from so many food options. Breakfast was great! I wish they would have kept the dishes more well stocked consistently. Sometimes there was a bit of a wait for random items but it wasn't that long so not a major issue. The staff was really courteous. My shower had a tiny bit of mold that I hope can be addressed. Otherwise it felt pretty clean throughout the room.

I booked this hotel for my college age daughter on vacation in Tokyo. The hotel location was fabulous and a great value. The surrounding area is peaceful and has great food and cafe options, and a convenience store just outside. The hotel is very close to a station and a short ride to Shibuya. It proved to be a strategic choice given its location and reasonable price, and my daughter loved her stay there, describing it as cozy and nice. None. This will be a go-to hotel for next time.

Good location. Shops all around and train is just a minute away. The mattress was unusually hard. We needed to make a local call but there was no phone in our room or in the hotel. The front desk staff directed us outside.

the hotel staff were wonderful and welcoming. We stayed in the area for three weeks, returning to this hotel on four different occasions. The hotel kindly held our bags when we were away on short trips, and on two occasions the bags were already in our room when we checked in. The hotel is a typical Japaness business hotel. The rooms are compact but well laid out. There were two of us sharing a double. With a bit of thought on where we put things we were comfortable in the room, with our two mid size and two carry on suitcases, and personal items. The breakfasst was very good value on the combined tarrif we booked - not sure it would have been worth it on its own. There is a wondeful supermarket 2 minutes from the hotel, a convenience store next door, and the train line is 5 minutes walk. The bathroom, while also compact, did have a japanese style bath (and shower), which was pleasure after a long day wandering the streets of Tokyo. I highly recommend the B Senganjay - but it is ipmortant to shop around for price! We got the best deal on this site, but on two occasions found less expensive options elsewhere.

Exceptional staff, easy check in and check out, room always clean and tidy. For a person of my size, the bathroom is a bit on the smaller side.
