Good sized room. Good views. Table and chairs provided The bed was far too close to one wall. Thiasmade it very difficult for the person on that side to easily access the bathroom.

This was a last minute reservation in the middle of the typhoon, and they were wonderful and accommodating, allowing us to check in early. We were just off the long flight so that was much appreciated. Just a bit pricey but I think you pay for the pleasure of staying in such a nice place!

The service people were prompt. 1) Smell in room 2) Bath tub is physically unappealing 3) The bath tub is never cleaned - obvious rings around the tub 4) Torn furniture in the room 5) inside toilet is disgusting to look at 7) Limited American programming 8) Hotel view was unappealing 9) Check-inexperience was horrible

Free shuttle to Shinagawa station. Breakfast had a good spread Our reservation was upgraded and yet the room was so tiny. Can't imagine what the original reserved room would be like. Very small rooms and bathrooms

Everything about this place is incredible. Fantastic service,rooms are clean and spacious. Even the soap and shampoo were amazing!,Beautiful park with a waterfall basically in the backyard..The staff even signed a birthday card for my wife, decorated our room and left a nice birthday snack. On top of all that the location is great! Lots of restaurants in walking distance and a free shuttle to and from the station. I will definitely go again. Nothing

This is the worst Hotel that I stay with the Marriott hotel group. This is the worst hotel that I stayed with Marriott hotel. 1 the stuff not friendly enough. And the management team has no ability to solve the issue. 2 the facility not supposed to be four stars hotel. No swimming pool. No sauna.3 very old room. And the cleaning was bad. 4 very noise room because of the train . I stayed one night here and this is my worst decision ever. I changed room three time. The first room the bath was dirty. So we changed to the second room. The train wakes me up and I couldn’t sleep. So I have to change other room at very later night . I complain to the supervisor. But he don’t know how to solve the problem. He believes he did the best he can do. The second day. The check out was extremely slow. I don’t know the problem but we almost missed our flight. I have to complain to the manager in order to shorten the check out time. No one helping me to bring my luggage. I have to request them to help! I will definitely not come back agian here. And do not stay here in your area light sleeper.
