The staff were very friendly!

beautiful stay near akihabara and metro (10 mins by foot)

Location. Amenities. Staff.

Everything was super convenient. Location could be better as it is little bit far from main areas. But the metro station is a 5 min walk,so not a big deal. We would definitely stay here again.

Very good value for Tokyo in cherry blossom (prime) time. Wish we could have booked for more nights but it sold out. Tokyo Dome and lovely Koishikowa Korakuen Gardens (500 JY for seniors) nearby. Good subway access, but watch out for taxi rip offs. Clean functional room at half the cost of hotels in the area.

The location is fantastic. So many things to do around this hotel, and the hotel itself is comfortable and clean. Easy access to Suidobashi Station (both Train and Subway) and FamilyMart, 7-Eleven, and Tokyo Dome are all super close and convenient. The beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is clean and has plenty of amenities. The only issue I had was some of the walls and some of the non-bed furniture was a little dirty. It wasn’t disgustingly filthy or anything like that, but it did stick out as basically everything else was very clean. This is also a nitpick, not an actual issue, but I don’t love the carpet in the hotel room. It feels a little uncomfortable on bare feet, though the slippers provided definitely help with that. My only suggestions for this hotel would be to go that extra step and add that attention to detail to ensure the hotel room and it’s furniture is spotlessly clean, and this hotel would otherwise be literally PERFECT.

Cozy size room, but you will get everything you need in there. -

Great location, everything was simple and clean. The space of course was tiny, as everywhere in Tokyo for this range of price. Everything was good

Nice hotel near metro station, even I only booked for one night my friends stayed for more and they were very satisfied Na

The room was a little bit old and some walls were damaged (paint, mold?)

There was a washer/dryer right in the room. It had a fridge and hot plate. It had everything you could need. The breakfast options not the best but we just went to the 7/11 on the corner and got food

Views weren’t great

Convenient location near the Chuo-Sobu Line, making it easy to access many areas of Tokyo. The hotel is within walking distance of Tokyo Dome City, convenience stores, and a pharmacy, so there are plenty of nearby food and shopping options. The in-room washer/dryer is very useful for longer stays or packing light. I also appreciated the ReFa bath products. While there is no daily housekeeping, the hotel provides fresh towels, sleepwear, and trash bags daily upon request, which worked well for us. Front desk staff were very polite and efficient, and there is a small common seating area in the lobby, which helps given the compact room size. While I understand this is a budget hotel and expect small rooms and basic amenities, the cleanliness did not meet the standard I’ve experienced at similar hotels in Japan. There were signs of inadequate cleaning, including what appeared to be mold in the bathroom, hair on the floor, an unpleasant smell from the refrigerator, and a moldy humidifier (which we opted not to use). I did not raise these issues with staff during my stay, so I cannot comment on how they would have addressed them, as I chose to manage them myself. However, based on my past experiences in Japan, this was below expectations, and I would likely choose a different hotel in the future, despite the convenient location and in room washer/dryer.

The room was fairly cramped and had a musty smell. I got several bug bites on my legs during the nights while we stayed here.

It was in a nice location and the staff was very good. We had no issues. The room is a little small so it was hard to lay out our luggage

The bed is a little small for 2 adults. Although we are slim girls, we still feel tight
