Stayed here for 5 nights in July with my 2 teenage kids. Really nice hotel! Perfect location next to a subway station, but very quiet. Cute neighborhood. We booked a room only, but there are lots of places around to get food. Helpful and polite staff. Clean rooms and the hotel overall. Comfortable beds. Highly recommended!

We really liked the location. It was walking distance to the tokyo dome and a train station across the street. More of a young trendy adult vibe, many places to eat late. The bunk beds were super cool and there tons of outlets. Smart TV was helpful and the cooling in the room was superb. Maybe the neighbor hood was not entirely appropriate for my youngest but it was only one night for us. That's more geography than anything. Need one more pillow per bed and would be perfect

The staff received my luggage from delivery service and put it in my room before arrival, so so sweet!!! Great Location，direct by west exit of JR station Suidobashi. Quiet in higher floor without train noise. Top price performance in 4-star hotels in Tokyo no doubt! No slippers in room you have to ask reception

The location is amazing this was the second time we stayed there. One day we had to leave early for an activity we had. We paid for breakfast and the day when we got their when they open they had a big group. We asked if we could have our breakfast and eat it at our room? Because it was a rainy day we couldn’t eat outside and they told us no. They said we had to wait 30 minutes and we had to leave in 30 minutes. We end up not eating and having to find a place to eat before our activity for the day.

The location was perfect with a train station literally across the road. I understand that most rooms are smaller in Japan but our room would've been much better had the bunk bed size be proportional to side of the room. It was huge! Still, it had everything we needed for one night stay.

A standing TV takes up precious little space in the room. We were familiar with small accommodations in Tokyo, but if the TV had been mounted, it would have felt a little more open

Excellent location and incredibly kind staff! It was raining when we were leaving the hotel, the staff noticed my daughter and I didnt have umbrellas and sweetly gave one to me and another to my daughter. Such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more special.
