This is a very nice hotel. The closest train station is Lidabashi Station. The next closest is Sudabashi station. Family Mart is across the street. Seven eleven not far. Enough restaurants close by. Laundry was easy to use- bring coins. The machines are all in one - both wash and dry, and include the detergent. My clothes did not dry in the machine (hung them to dry in our room). Clean room, nice amenities, good bed, good blackout curtains, good a/c. Even though it is close to a train station, it took about an hour to get anywhere, just because the tunnels and signs are hard to navigate. There is no internet once you get underground. There is no way to get around without Google Maps if you can't read Japanese. I would pay more to stay at a hotel closer to places we wanted to see, or pay for a taxi everywhere. The walls and door are not soundproof, so if you have neighbors, you will hear everything.

Great location in a quiet business center with good cafes and places to eat nearby. 5 minutes walk to the nearest metro station. Staff is very friendly and ready to help. The room is on a smaller side but everything is very clean and tidy. None.

Comfortable, clean, reasonably quiet, a staff the was courteous and efficient. The location is fine. It just wasn’t perfect for my individual requirements. That’s obviously not their fault.

I really enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel near the train station and bus stops! The easy access to public transportation made it so convenient to explore the city. Having a family part across the street was such a plus! It made getting water, snacks and necessities easy. I liked everything!

The convenience and the location. That I had to stand in hour line to check in after a long flight. Also the restaurant breakfast was not very nice. The rooms are tiny but I know that I was in Tokyo so this is the local standard.

The staff is what made my stay memorable. Always so courteous and attentive to my needs. Yes, there was a language barrier but we got through it. I also looked forward to eating at the patisserie every morning! The key card to turn on the lights made it a little confusing at first but genius if you think about it.

Very well designed room, for a hotel, clever switches and curtain rails, big gap under the bed to slide your suitcase under, huge lobby and adjoining bakery and konbini Location wise was quite a walk from the actual train platform, 2 exits on both sides, gets a bit noisy in the morning during cleaning

This hotel was amazing! The customer service was outstanding, and everything was exceptionally clean. The icing on the cake was the daily amenities and complimentary bottled water, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The surrounding area was quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently located near a train station and several great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Business like environment yet family oriented - close walks to the trains, shopping, and a quaint vibe which I love. Best of all, the cleanliness of the properties was ? impressive. Absolutely nothing that I did not like about the property - it is perfect in every way.
