Location is good, easy to access bus/train. Maybe more staff. When we are looking for help, nobody in the lobby so we just leave. Also the lobby is not on the first floor causing a little inconvenience

Very clean, very friendly staff. The connecting rooms made traveling with our kids wonderful. It is right next to a train so that took some getting used to the sound.

Each floor has a different color scheme, so although the corresponding room layouts are presumably identical, they seem to be considered different room types. Therefore it can be hard to make a booking for multiple nights unless booked well in advance, which is annoying.

The location is right by a river and the tokyo dome - lots of nice small restaurants nearby. There's both JR and subway access nearby as well. The rooms were pretty well sound-proofed despite being right next to the JR line. Loved that checking in was at the top floor - you really get the view. Wish there was more space in the rooms - for a 4 person room, it's hard to fit all the checked suitcases. Also, the shower room is small so you'd have to dry up and change outside, but that area is right by the door and only separated from the sleeping area with a curtain, so it's hard to keep privacy.

We loved the rooms (x3) as they were clean and the beds were comfy. Location is top-notch. Walking distance to Tokyo Dome City, which offers a lot of great restaurants and attractions. Would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family. Thank you.

breakfast- need more options, a western breakfast, like pastries or cereal or eggs or toast. Nothing fancy, but soup and sandwich is not very comforting in the morning. beds- really uncomfortable, super sore body every morning, and tossing and turning at night to get comfortable. Just not enough padding.

I will definitely be booking this room for our futur trips to tokyo ! The area is also great, nice and easy to go anywhere. Loved that the subway station was a 3 min walk ! Not much, this was by far one of out favorites stays in tokyo. Will be booking again.
