The location It was not a 5 star hotel. The staff were rude , there were no one to help with the luggage and there were no concierge to help with some questions we had . The staff were clueless.

The hotel is wonderfully situated in the beautiful Ginza area of Tokyo. One block to the Tokyo metro. The rooms are perfectly clean and quiet. The beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve experienced in a hotel. The staff is so professional, kind and helpful. Nothing.

We needed help to take the luggage up to the room, but it’s a self-help hotel. No one took the bags up. We took them up ourselves!

Great location, comfy room and great staff. Front desk very accommodating - offered to book taxi to airport, helped with an omakase reservation adjustment. Went above and beyond. Nothing to complain about. Only hiccup is that we told the property ahead of time about us being on our honeymoon and we got a few drink tickets for a small selection of drinks. My husband had to ask them to do a cute room setup. No big deal at all, overall amazing stay.

The location Important hotel policies were not disclosed at the time of booking, which felt misleading. This is essentially a self-service hotel with no bellboy assistance and no in-room dining, yet it is priced as a full-service property. Staff responses were consistently unhelpful, focusing only on what could not be done, without offering any alternatives or solutions. The concierge was completely ineffective and openly stated that they have no contact with outside businesses, making the role meaningless. Overall, the hotel is grossly overpriced for the extremely limited services provided and does not deliver value for the cost.

We stayed in Ginza as a family and it was the perfect choice. Ginza is known as a business district, which makes it feel more relaxed compared to other busy areas in Tokyo. The hotel exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was excellent, offering both Western and Japanese options, and even our 3-year-old had plenty of choices. The staff were incredibly kind, respectful, and attentive, especially with our son. We reserved a room with a view since he loves watching cars, and it was absolutely worth it. The location couldn’t have been better. The train station was very close, and we had easy access to coffee shops, matcha cafés, and many kid-friendly restaurants. Essentials like Lawson, tax-free pharmacies, and Don Quijote were all within walking distance—everything we needed was right there. They also made our stay even easier by helping with luggage transfer. Overall: perfect room, amazing location, great nearby amenities, and outstanding service. Truly a fantastic stay for families! Not spending more time
