Location was close to the shops and restaurants. The staff was nice, polite, friendly and attentive. The housekeeping keep all the other rooms garbage just outside of our door. I think because we’re right next to their closet. Our room smells like feet and the bedsheets smells like mildew.

+ Excellent location, just minutes from Higashi-Ginza Station on the Hibiya Line. + Lawson and FamilyMart conveniently located right across the street or just steps away. + Sizable room with a spacious standalone shower room and separate toilet. + Well-equipped room with plenty of thoughtful amenities. + Complimentary coffee and delicious fresh bread served every morning. Nil.

The staff were exceptional and provided some of the best service we experienced during our trip to Japan. Everyone was friendly, professional, and eager to help. The location was also excellent, making it easy to explore Ginza and access public transportation. The biggest disappointment was the condition of the room. We specifically booked this hotel because it was advertised as a 4-star property, but the room felt far below that standard. The bathroom had carpeting that was visibly stained in multiple areas, which immediately gave the impression that the room was not clean. Seeing carpet in a bathroom was surprising enough, but seeing stained carpet made it difficult to feel comfortable using the space. We brought our concerns to the staff, who were extremely helpful and showed us other available rooms. Unfortunately, every room we were shown had the same issue. It became clear that this was not a housekeeping problem and certainly not the fault of the staff, but rather a hotel-wide maintenance and design issue. Overall, the room felt worn, poorly maintained, and much smaller than expected, even though we had booked a Superior room category. Throughout our stay, we never felt like we were staying in a 4-star hotel. The condition of the room made us question the cleanliness standards, and we did not feel as comfortable or relaxed as we should have during our vacation. The excellent staff and convenient location were not enough to make up for the disappointing room quality.

It was clean and modern, had water, tea, coffee and bread for guests, provided amenities with special packages for kids Room was on the small side but seems to be the norm in Tokyo

I accidentally left one of my belongings on the subway, and Uyen went above and beyond to help me. She was incredibly attentive, resourceful, and patient. She took the initiative to contact the subway company on my behalf and followed up carefully until my lost item was successfully located. Her professionalism, quick thinking, and genuine willingness to help turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a positive experience. Thanks to her dedication, I was able to recover my belongings, and I am truly grateful for her support. The quality of service provided by staff like Uyen reflects the hotel’s high standards and commitment to guest satisfaction. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again in the future. Thank you, Uyen, for your kindness and exceptional service! ❤️

Location Photos on booking is not showing the all details. Our first room has no outdoor scenery only wall… although I pleased the hotel room either good scenery. Because we stayed 9 days. I had to upgrade with good amount unfortunately.

The staff is very professional, friendly and willing to help. The rooms are very clean. The location is good with convenience stores around as well as restaurants. One important thing: This hotel only offers Asian breakfast (ready made bento box -salmon, chicken and veggies) and a few pastries but do not expect anything western: no eggs, butter, jam, orange juice, etc. It would be good if this is pointed out by @booking.com because it can be frustrating if you don't like that kind of breakfast in the morning and paid for it in advance. That was our case and so every morning we had to improvise some food even though we did our best to try the bento boxes: the food looked good but not a breakfast meal we are used to. And the breakfast restaurants mainly open around 11 am. Tip: Most stores only open at 11:00 as well so if you are an early bird in Japan plan accordingly for your morning food. The rooms are small but they feel even smaller because the king bed is actually two double beds put together which takes all the little space that is left. We booked a king not knowing that it would be so huge so there is no room for the bags, one side of the bed was inches from the window so no bedside table on that side. Maybe a Queen room would be less cramped? Also the shower is super tiny and the shower head is one of those hand held that you have to maneuver to keep in place. The fridge is tiny and doesn't really keep it cool enough specially in hot days. The windows don't have a darkening blind so the room was bright very early around 4:30 am. Advisable to pack eye masks. I have a pet peeve with hotels that don't allow for darkening the rooms. If you want bright light you can leave the curtains a little open but if you like to sleep in the dark there is not solution but masks (which I find annoying to wear).

Cleaning every 3 days only, no gym, coffee brewed only until 10am. Window was facing a wall

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

The room are very small (expected) so be careful if you have bigger suitcases. Also there is no restaurant downstairs so the breakfast are a only to go pastries. There is no view in the room you are super close to the wall of the next building.

The location is great! The bed was huge! The amenities were very good, especially the dyson hair dryer! The room was a bit small in comparison to the huge bed. So there wasn’t a lot of room to open our luggages.
