Ideal for Ginza Line and Tokyo Station. Good location. Rooms are small but this is central Tokyo, and so may be difficult for a couple with a couple of large suitcases.

Room was not clean and lost dirty marks on walls and carpet. Would not recommend this place. Staff communication was also poor.

Great place to stay, close to lots of shopping stores, plenty of restaurants, the room is always clean and had internet all the time

The hotel gives me clean towels, paper cups and pajamas every time I leave used towels outside of my room. I use my own pajamas and do not use paper cups. It is waste to give out paper cups and pajamas every time.

Room a bit too small, but it is to be expected APA hotel rooms in Japan. I'm travelling solo with a medium size roller back and a backpack. If you 2 people and a big suit cases then it might be hard to move around. Bed a bit soft, I like firm bed. Overall I do like APA hotels, reasonable rate. This hotel is about 15+ minutes walk from Tokyo station, Yaesu South exit

After a 13 hour flight, the hotel staff were very helpful and kind. The room was clean and the breakfast option was great to have the next morning

We were not so happy with the size of the bed...too small for a couple. Thank you.

Check-in was very chaotic and un-organized. It took longer to check in here than any other property we stay in. There is only one elevator for an 11 story building, which made moving between floors timely and inconvenient.
