Quiet but convenient location. Had a Lawson in the 2F. Elevators can get busy.

- Breakfast had a very good quality, but little variety over the days (see "didn't like") - self check-in is cumbersome and takes way too much time (compared to other hotels where the staff takes care of it for you) - Stairs (above 4th floor) only as emergency exit, must use elevator to get to and from rooms, which took far too long most of the time - two rooms on different levels for the family (auto-assigned during self check-in), trying just to get to the other room was a nightmare with the elevators - as we did not book breakfast together with our rooms, when trying to book "spontaneously" the day before, we were always told that breakfast is "sold out" - never had that at a hotel before! - asking directly at the breakfast restaurant in the morning worked two times, but during these two days, there was absolutely no variety, i.e. exactly the same food options

Not enough things to do in the hotel. Pool was closed. No tourists desk to help with excursions. 2nd floor sitting area closed at 10pm.

Location is great and the building has great amenities, including restaurant and convenience store within the building. The online booking of the room. When I booked, I stated that we have 3 adults and (1) 15 year old child and it was booked for 1 room. However, when we checked in, I was told that the room can only accommodate 3 people and so I had to add another room. They consider child to be 0 year old.

The complete toiletries that's being replenished every day. And fresh towels. A secured wi-fi system. And guide for guests that's easy to understand that's on TV. And also you can do an in house laundry. The rooms are small.

Only because Lawson in the basement The pool was not open when we were there, it’s far from everywhere. The staff will be directly check in to machines instead of they help us, imagine with 14 hours travel and you need to deal with new machine.

Spacious hotel lobby and lots of seats and convenient store on the 2nd floor. The breakfast were the best with Chanko nabe, and so many varieties of delicious food. The onsen were amazing too! Could not use the pool...so was a little surprised...

Location is excellent! Very convenient- lots of good restaurants in walking distance. The train station is right around the corner. Staff is friendly and very patient.

As far as APA hotels go this one isn't much different, but it did have the added bonus of having a Lawson's built into it. I think the "resort" moniker attracts a lot of tourist families with young kids, the elevators are busy most times of the day leading to long wait times, and having to rely on the Chuo Sobu line to reach the greater metro system is a problem.

What breakfast? The cafe was closed, all day, every day, with no explanation. As above: no cafe. Only junkfood from the min-mart. (Restaurant was too expenesive for regular meals.)

Close to everything. Amenities were good. Room toiletries and kimonos good for easy use. The laundry room was always very full and people don’t take out items promptly. Should have more dryers since it takes longer for drying then washing.

They had a nice public bath. The room was quite small, but the large TV and books displayed made it feel even smaller. The toilet was stinky, and the floor was dirty. The elevator was also slow.
