It was clean, and check-in/out was easy. The price is great, but more on that in the cons. When booking I selected the breakfast option, just to find out they serve the same oyster ramen every morning (this was not clearly stated on the Booking website). I have a fish allergy, but the manager wouldn't remove the breakfast charge and essentially told me "you don't have to eat it". He was a jerk, and I felt singled out as a foreigner, and made to feel embarrassed for even asking. Also, wherever they store their laundered towels had to be close to the kitchen because all of the towels had an order of oysters. You can imagine how wonderful this is for me and my allergy. The location is so-so, fun for an afternoon, but everything closes fairly early. The only good thing was the price per night but it adds an extra 10-15mins of travel wherever you want to go in Tokyo. Along with less frequent trains. I knew this booking, but just in case you're not ready to tack on that extra hassle.

Great location close to multiple train stops. Plenty of restaurants and stores in the area. Room was clean and AC worked great.
-
Comparing to others APA Hotel that I have been, this one has the smaller room. The air-conditioning didn't work very well.

Very convenient location to train station. Staff was very nice and polite. Rooms were very clean and cute. The breakfast provided (which is a business next store) as their continental breakfast included a chef that could not or rather would not communicate with us. We tried to utilize a translation app on our phone to ask if there was a vegetarian option available…. He scoffed at us, wouldn’t even look at the phone and then snorted grossly and spit the sputum into the sink he was using in front of us. I’m guessing we insulted him, did not mean to offend him in any way. However this was in my opinion disgusting. The hotel itself was great!! I would recommend not paying for the breakfast and go seek other options in the city.

Location. It is on a cool shopping street, feels very local. Doesn’t seem too touristy. You feel safe and place is clean Like most of Japan beds are tiny room is super small
-
Two train stations nearby and plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Nothing really to complain about.
-
Staff super friendly Nice location All super good Rooms very small but like any other APA. So you know from the beginning what to expect.

Good manners and attitude staff with helpful Every thing is perfect
-
Location!! The hotel is basically on the Togoshi Ginza Shopping street so it’s very easy to walk to many shops, cafes or restaurants. Rooms felt extremely small but the property was well maintained.
-
It was near the metro station and a lot of restaurants around

Location was great. Staff were friendly and helpful - also spoke some English which was great.

Everything you needed was close by, and lots of great shops! The room was also decently sized, bigger than I expected. The staff was friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay here again! :D
-
I did not indulge in the breakfast, but my favorite thing about the hotel was how close it was to the Togoshi-ginza station, which allowed me to quickly go to places on my itinerary! I think the hotel was fine in every regard, the check-in and check-out processes were extremely well-managed and streamlined!

This hotel had everything you could wish for. AC, fridge, toiletries, and a great location near 7/11 and Family Mart. Lots of restaurants right outside on the street. Sure, the room is small, but for the price, it’s worth it! We bought our own breakfast and always walked about 20 minutes to Osaki Station, which takes you directly to the Yamanote Line. There’s also a closer station if you prefer. Nothing to complain about! Cleaning wasn’t done every day but every third day, although we did get fresh towels daily. The staff didn’t quite understand when we said the trash bin was full. We didn’t want to leave it outside the room in case the bag leaked. It’s really nothing to fuss about, but such a small room does get dusty and dirty pretty quickly. Overall a very good hotel!

I used to live in Togoshi-Ginza a few years ago and therefore I'm still emotionally bound to that place. To find an APA Hotel made me immediately booking it - fantastic. The location is perfect, it's a new building, the rooms are fresh & clean and super-quiet. There was absolutely nothing NOT good about my stay!
