Very conveniently near the train station which connects to the city of Tokyo. The station had lots of restaurants options and a convenient store.

The room was very clean and the location quite close to the nearest station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. No fault of the hotel itself but the location is quite "residential". Not a lot of options for restaurants and shops nearby.

The location was good though slightly remote . Connected to a train station that had direct lines to various main destinations. The hotel was very clean with comfortable beds and decent size rooms and bathrooms. Provided us with night clothes, slippers and toiletries which made it comfortable Slightly remote location , area was a bit quiet and so food options were slightly limited and if you checked in late like we did , was a bit difficult. But staff was helpful and there was some stuff available in the building next door.

The breakfast buffet had many food and drink options and was a good way to start the work day. Convenient access to local businesses and trains through the second floor entrance. When I first arrived, I went to the first floor entrance and was temporarily confused as to where the hotel was. There was a swimming pool so I had to double check that I was in the correct place. I should have gone in from the second floor entrance.

Connecting mall and walkway to train station Booked 2 rooms under same name for family but rooms were on different floor.Hotel could have organised the booking to place both room bookings on same floor. Bulky massage chair in room was redundant. Room was not properly cleaned residue waste was still noted during check-in.

Location is great because it is so close to Osaki station, so it was easy to take the metro to get all around Tokyo. Osaki is a quiet area, which was nice to come home to after a day of sightseeing.

The location was perfect, as we could easily access the heart of Tokyo without fighting the crowds all the time. We had an amazing view of the city from our room, and it was a very comfortable stay. The extra laundry machines also made access to laundry a bit easier. Lastly, the access directly to the train station was absolutely one of the best features. The elevator would stop at the lobby every time we went up or down, which was a minor inconvenience. There was also no safe to put our belongings, which meant we had to carry a couple of extra things. Other than that, it was a great stay.
