The superior double room was very spacious and comfortable. The best part was the public bath on the top floor where there was both an indoor and outdoor bath! It was so relaxing, we would use the baths twice per day. They could clean the public bath a bit more frequently in the mornings, since there was a lot of hair left on the floor by the door entering into the changing area. Also, the breakfast room would get very crowded so sometimes there was a wait, but the atmosphere was very nice. The staff working behind the buffet were not too happy looking to be there, though! Finally, the location is a little hard to access given the way the crosswalks are in the area, but it can't be helped.

The location was great. I enjoyed the reception being on 15th floor because it allowed you to look down at the city. The patio was a welcomed surprise. And, the room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. Thank you for holding our luggage until check-in. Everything was amazing for the one night at the hotel. I didn’t eat breakfast so I can’t comment.

Spa, as you enter the the large public bath, the tile was slimy and did not feel clean, some times I saw hairs on the tile floor, especially the entrace/excit area. Also the numbers on the locker has faded or completely missing, creating lots of confusion.

The bathroom was not clean, but the staff at the reception contacted the cleaning person and cleaned the bathroom immediately.

the hotel was very nice (clean, good amenities, public baths and excellent staff). room was a bit small but was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable.

The staff is really good and nice the roof top has a really good view. The elevators are extremely slow and often crowded. The beds are the most uncomfortable thing I sleep on in Japan. The bathroom feels like you stepped back into a 90s horror movie with some weird smell.

pretty cramped room; no ofuro in room; the front desk wasn't super friendly and wouldn't let me check in early. I wish the sento had a massage chair or two, or maybe in the lounge. The sento should be open till 11am at least because it closes at 9am, which is pretty early to use.

Loved having access to the onsen! The pajamas and slippers were a nice touch. The room was spacious for a tokyo hotel. View was great. Proximity to Gotanda station was convenient. Also enjoyed walking along nearby Meguro river. It would have been nice to have complimentary early checkin, but I understand why that might not be possible.

The staff were kind, professional, and very helpful with additional services such as laundry and luggage delivery. The location is excellent, only a 5-minute walk from the train station, and the view of Tokyo from the lobby is absolutely stunning.

The location of this hotel was great. I went with the king bed room, but it was really 2 double beds pushed together...which was HUGE! We would rather of had a little more space, but moved a chair and made it work

The onsen was great, the location was awesome since it is next door to the cutest and most delicious cafe -Saison. We went 4 out of 5 mornings. I didn’t like that the queen beds were against the wall.

great location - close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Near the Meguro River, with a lovely walking trail. Staff was friendly and so helpful. We were able to leave luggage there for over a week, and transferred other luggage there for our return visit and there were no issues.

The soaking tubs and the breakfast It was advertised as having rooftop soaking tub with views but for the women’s baths, there was a wall and no view despite the picture online. It showed the men’s tub only.
