The rooms were not clean. There were used contact lens still on the bed when first entering the rooms. The rooms are a bit dusty.

This hotel in Gotanda is honestly a hidden gem. The room was amazing. The bathroom was definitely on the smaller side, it's fine if your one person. The bed was VERY accommodating and perfect! I really don't have much too say, it was a excellent hotel and it gave me a real experience of going to a Japanese apartment. The hotel is using a Japanese apartment style. If I come back to Tokyo, I will most likely stay here again for the long term because it is also closer to Shibuya! Thank you for having me! I love this hotel's location, it's really a hidden gem. I have not been to this side of Tokyo before and plenty of great restaurants.

Located not far from station (about 10 mins walking). Room is small but the facilities inside are good. Amenities were also provided. Lack of views but probably not matter.

Location and staff were great. Furnishings were old, not in great state. The room was relatively clean but not great. We were assigned a smoking room which wa very stinky, and were told we couldn’t change.

The room was perfect as described in booking.com. I would totally recommend this if you are travelling for work The room has everything I needed for the trip. There is no need for any extras. no breakfast was included and there wasn't a lobby space to do work, but it was ok.

After the disappointment of finding we thought we had booked at Mystays Gotanda station hotel, your hotel was good. The map to our hotel could have been easier to read. All was great but there was no breakfast.
