The apartment was spacious. It was stocked with dishes, cookware and clean towels. Full fridge and washer dryer. Very thoughtful inclusion i.e. iron, charging cables, umbrellas, house slippers. Near many lines and main bus terminal back into airport. Quiet. Great AC, shower. Spotless. Wish washer and dryer took less time but all in one unit made it convenient to toss a load in. I wish I paid attention better that 3rd and 4th beds were futon. Comfy but on the floor. As a senior this would be hard to get in and out of. We loved all else.

Great location - close to metro , everything you need in groceries 4 minutes away, some good restaurants in 5-10 minutes walking . Very clean and everything you need you can find ( hair dryer, iron, suitcase scale, scissors, shoe horn). Very easy to find and check in. Elevator in building(!). We really love our stay especially futon beds.

Location, cleanliness, comfort, communication all excellent. Had a washer/ dryer which was fabulous! Great shower. Lots of extras, like laundry bins, extra blankets, crates for organizing stuff, etc. Nothing

The facility staff was really helpful and the location is great when you wanted to shop around Ueno or Akihabara. Maybe the lack of bedrooms but my family and I had a great stay so it's not much of an issue.

Location was very quiet, close to Tokyo Station. Clean place to relax and enjoy your days in Tokyo.

Service desk personnel was polite. We enjoyed our stay as the family room was very spacious. Bed - the comforter was super cozy, however, the bedding somehow caused a backache for me the next morning,

Grate location: you can get to any part of Tokio easily. Quite and cozy block, the whole street with varierty of nice cafe nearby. Helpful host and tasty coffee! A bit cold in the end of November.

Very, very near Tokyo City Air Terminal (TCAT) where the Airport Limousine Bus stops. TCAT has a 7-11 and McDonald's. Beds are really comfortable and the shower pressure was great. 5 minute walk to Suitenjamae Sta. It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood. AC was good too. Our room was 30 sq m which is huge by Tokyo standards. If you're not used to roughing it, this accommodation is not for you. Building is old and rooms and furniture are dated. But if you're on a budget and not too picky, then you'll like/love this accommodation. I recommend and I would stay here again definitely.

Brilliant.

I got everything I need, hot powerful shower, clean sheet, towels, pajamas, toiletries, decent size of the room. Paid about 2,600 Yen for laundry service (2 bags of clothes), and they did excellent job. Location is great, close to 2 train stations with walking distance. Many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Staff members are very friendly too, just appreciate everything while I was staying here. Will definitely recommend if you stay in Tokyo, great value. None.

It is located very close to T-CAT, where the buses leave for both airports. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a sitting room with free tea and coffee, kettles, a microwave - you can take your own food there, though they don't do breakfasts. The rooms are spacious and have all you need. The room, furniture etc are a bit old/old-fashioned, but perfectly adequate and good for the price.

It was a very big room by Tokyo standards - 3 double beds and a little separate area for the fridge and sitting in. The lobby was set out like someone's dining/lounge area, where we had food at the table and lounged on the couches. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Quiet nights. Easy walk (with a 6 and 7yr old) to Ningyo cho and Hama cho subway stations with grocers and various convenience stores along the way. Nothing!

It's a very spacious room and the shared facilities (an eating room and kitchen) are very convenient. The hostess was very kind and her English was good and she even helped me making the instant ramen that I had brought from the supermarket, into something more tasty. Inside the room, you'll find every kind of cable you would need and near the reception desk, you can get a big variety of cosmetic samples and other utensils, to use in your room. We had a wonderful stay and I can recommend this hotel to everyone.

Location, staff. Nothing

The room was very clean and the location is great. A couple of mins walk to 3 different subway line stops. I also appreciated they were so attentive to their guests. Small but practical services can be found everywhere in the hotel. I don't have anything I didn't like. Probably it would be greater if there was a coffee table in the room.
