It was so quiet! No street noise, no noise in hall. Slept really well. Liked the onsen and staff were very helpful. Nothing.

The Hotel is conveniently located near three different metro lines (for one of them the station is directly in front of the hotel). I stayed here to visit University of Tokyo, the main gate of which is 10 minutes walk away. Room was practical and clean, the public bath in the basement is great! Breakfast was good, mainly Japanese with a few western-style options. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again.

Big room, loved their indoor onsen. They have a massage chair in the leisure room with mangas. Free washing machines but paid dryer.
-
The onsen is small but very pleasant. Breakfast was varied. The welcoming noodles in the evening should be mentioned as well.

Wonderful Japanese breakfast buffet. Excellent, clean, functional onsen - 2 pools in the ladies' section (1 with very warm water, 1 with very HOT water). Single room was larger than I expected - you could open 2 suitcases on the floor. In fact, it has more floor space than the Double / Twin room. The room shower is a real POWER shower. Super convenient - Lawson's store at the ground floor, lift to the train station right outside. Ticks all the boxes for a comfortable, clean, value-for-money stay in Tokyo. Nothing.

Onsen

Loved the onsen and drink or ice cream afterwards, free coffee available in the lobby, washing machine for laundry for free, very easy access to metro. Nothing we did not like.
-
The amenities were fun. We spent time in the reading room and ate the late night ramen and ice cream. Our room was not clean. The corners of the room were not well vacuumed and had lots of dust. The shower presented pink/orange mold throughout.

They need more massage chairs. There was always a line to use it.

The pillows were a little flatter than expected

Good location , clean , best value

Great location The window blinds were transparent, and there was a 24/7 photobooth store across the street constantly illuminating in my room, which made it hard to sleep at night. I'd recommend the hotel use blackout curtains to fix this.

Onsen !! If possible, I would like to request to add the open air bath

Exceptional

Our room was decently-sized for Tokyo standards and the bed was very comfortable. We did have to ask for extra pillows as the two we got were pretty small and flat. It took us a minute to figure out the air conditioning, but once we did the room was nice and cool. The hotel offers a lot of nice touches, such as a delicious buffet breakfast, free noodles after 9:30pm, and free ice cream bars for after you use the spa. The comic book room also has a really nice massage chair. Washers and dryers in the hotel itself were very convenient, but you have to run the dryer about an hour and a half to really dry a full load. The hotel is literally right in front of a subway station which made travel super convenient. There's also a Lawson's (convenience store) downstairs for snacks, etc., and excellent food options within walking distance. The staff was also very friendly. The pillows weren't super comfortable, but we were able to request a few more and that helped.
