Feel Asakusa Stay

The location is in a quiet neighborhood and by the river with good view. It's also close to Asakusa station (8-10 min walk). The facility is old but clean. Overall the value (price, location, and family size) is good for Tokyo. The room area is sizable for Japanese standard, but the overall layout (e.g. bathroom sink, kitchen table) is highly inefficient. There was no space to walk when we laid out luggages. If they had used bunk beds, the room would be much more spacious. There's no elevator (expected), so carrying luggages to the 5th floor was quite a work out (all rooms are 3rd floor to 5th floor). If you have a family with heavy or several pieces of luggage, I do not recommend this place. If you travel light, it offers good value. There's no staff and no luggage storage, so if you check out, you need to bring luggage with you to store it elsewhere.

The beds were SO comfy! We've been to Japan many times and always struggle with firm beds. I slept like a baby. The apartment was small but exactly what we needed to rest our heads at night. Location was great, awesome view of the river and walking distance to subway stops and main attractions. Host was very responsive when we had any questions! I was traveling myself with my two kids and it was perfect. Be aware that this is a small apartment-type building, nothing fancy, with no elevator. For us thats no problem but we had to do many trips up the 4 flights of stairs to get our baggage up and down! Again we didn't mind because we are pretty fit but it might be hard for some.Theres no lobby or reception area or breakfast, nothing like that. Basic, affordable and very comfy!

I love the view of the river and the SkyTree Tower in the background, especially around sunrise.

Room was pretty clean, we found most of the things we needed. Washing machine had a drying mode! Bigger than some, but still pretty small. Being 192cm tall, i needed to bend bypassing some areas. I couldn't fully fit in the bathroom as well. It's built quite economicly, but at least it's clean.

The ceiling could be a bit touch up. Stair case is quite narrow

The view of the river and skytree was fantastic from the fourth floor. Comfy beds, Aircon, plenty of electrical outlets, Netflix/youtube, wifi, inhouse washer/dryer, kitchen and utensils. Love the little vacuum cleaner , super nifty and powerful. Suitable for family of 4. Washing machine emitted some odour when not used. Mould build up just outside the shower area despite efforts to air out (we were there for 6 days). Be weary, there are no lifts and up to 5 levels with the lowest apartment floor on level 3.

Sometimes noisy

The beds were very comfortable and the room was ready to stay, very fresh. The room has everything to be comfortable, our own bathroom, kitchen, and nice view and even a TV. The location was convenient and close to some shops and the train station wasn't that far. It was hard for us to go upstairs with the baggage as they are kind of taller than usual.

Great location with access to many subway stations and can be used as a base for exploring the city. It has an amazing view of the Sumida river. The place was clean and everything worked as expected. Bonus point it has two showers which saves time to get ready.

The balcony view was so beautiful. The location is very convenient. Close to subways and buses with easy access. The washing machine works as both washing and drying. It was a clean place as well and we felt very comfortable. There is no elevator and we were on the fifth floor but that was ok with going up the stairs. Truly an amazing and comfortable stay. The staff was also very nice and responsive with emails with any inquiries

Good Position in asakusa. Apartment is small but well equipped and organized. 3 rd floor with no elevator and narrow stairs. If you travel with big heavy luggage is a bit of a challenge.

The view of this place is wonderful. You can see Tokyo skytree from your window and also river view. Its very nice and comfortable place only dont have lift, so you need to have more effort to bring your luggage to your room. Others are ok.

Everything was good during our stay in Asakusa. The location is great. However the heater could be improved especially during winter. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Tokyo

Their response was very quick on my request. The room is clean and have a very beautiful riverside view.
