The location is very convenient, and the night view from the 9th-floor balcony was amazing. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The mattress was very uncomfortable, and the towels and bathrobes were old and faded. They did not appear clean enough to use, so we chose not to use them. This was the most expensive hotel I stayed at during my three-weeks trip in Japan, but the condition of the amenities made it feel like it was not worth the price I paid.

When I booked, it clearly said 'River View' but I was given a room in 3F facing another building.

Proximity to train stations you have the options to take Asakusa Line to and from Narita Airport and Asakusa and Ginza Line on going around the metro The space is small especially with 2 large luggage

However, the hotel does have some drawbacks. The rooms tend to be dusty, which might be uncomfortable for some guests. Additionally, the front desk experience was mixed—while the male staff members were helpful and courteous, the female staff at the front desk was not very friendly or accommodating. Whenever you ask for a favour the ladies will always say NO as an answer. Overall, I will not recommend this hotel! Dusty room and the girls in front desk are not helpful and friendly.

No weighing scale, no other assistance from staff

Not all the staff but some staff were not so good, they talked with us like they were speaking with a wall, very negative vibes. We don't know what happened but our toilet was smelling bad like puddles of water or stagnant water. When I booked I only chose breakfast but the breakfast was a bento breakfast to takeaway, the same as the train station ¥600, It would be good if they published that information in the reservation.

That we didn't stay longer.

It was dirty! To get to the room we had to wait for cleaning staff to take out the garbage. They filled the elevator with the trash and then took it out in front of all guests. The elevator stunk so bad. Room had layers of dust on the walls and I think I saw puke stain that wasn’t cleaned properly. Front desk not welcoming.

The room size is bigger than other same rate hotels that I have ever stayed in Tokyo. A little bit far from the subway station.
