The bathroom was extremely small. You had to step up into it. Our knees almost touched the door.

The location was perfect, near iconic places, walkable, and especially for rolling around luggage. It's right beside Asakusa Station, with the elevator to the station super accessible. The rooftop view was one of the biggest highlights. WORTH IT! Literally we wanted to complain about room size but the moment we went to the rooftop and saw the river and the skyline from up there we were more like "Oh yeah! I'll take a small room any day with this view." The staff is very helpful and kind. The place is overall super clean and very quiet. Honestly it was exactly what we needed. Rooms are pretty tight, but honestly as a solo traveler it was fine. The bathtub/shower was rough to get into on a daily because of how high it was. My short legs struggled lol.

Most of the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. What I like about this hotel chain (compared to a larger chain) is that the staff are more attentive to their costumers. The morning snacks are great. none. everything is as expected.

The room was very small so didnt hold our luggage very well. Felt very cramped.

Very Convenient location. Just a few step from Asakusa Station exit A2b (an elevator exit) . Room is new and has no smoking smell. Although they don't have proper breakfast but they do offer 1 juice box and 1 bread for guest every morning. The view on roof top floor is topnotch. The room is very small same as other business hotel. Bathroom is even smaller. A little bit hard to take a shower and too uncomfortable to use bathtub. There's no onsen in this hotel.

The room is quite small and very compact same as other business hotel. But it's new and has no smoking smell in the room at all. Very clean and nice space arrangement so for me it's not so bad. The location is good not far from Asakusa Temple and has a very nice view from Sumida River. Quiet neighborhood and very close to an elevator from Asakusa Station A2B exit. You can leave a luggage for the day (pick up before 13.00) or leave it until next check in day (in case you're going out of the town and will coming back later)

The staff is very nice. They got good free amenities and free simple breakfast every morning. Really like about it.

As a first time foreigner, I loved chatting with the staff and receiving my breakfast bread and drink in the morning. It was sweet that their newest girl working there would check on me when I came in after long days of train rides and getting lost. The staff communicated clearly and fairly.

The location is convenient, just a 3-minute walk from the Toei Asakusa subway line. At check-in, the staff didn’t clearly explain that amenities are available near the front desk, although I noticed this was explained to other guests later. They did mention that luggage storage after 1 PM costs 1,000 yen, which is different from many hotels in Japan that don’t charge for this.

The room was nice the bed was comfortable and the cleaners made the room very clean and tidy. The location was great the train station was literally outside of the building and close walking distance to attractions and restaurants. The view was amazing, the you open the curtains you can see the Sumida river along with the Tokyo SkyTree tower. Overall it was a great experience and I would gladly stay there again. The only thing i did not like was that this hotel does not offer breakfast, hopefully in the future that can happen and the experience would be perfect.
