Check in and check out process was smooth even though we didn’t interact with anyone (only machines!). Rooms were clean and spacious and the times we interacted with staff, they were friendly. The hotel is also located near three subway lines, and a couple blocks away from a lot of food options. Budget hotel that surpassed my expectations so I didn’t have anything that I didn’t like.
-
Convenient location. Quieter part of the neighborhood. Free luggage check at the lobby to cover the gap on check-in and checkout days. Room was really tiny and no shelves or places to put things. I often bumped into the wall during my shower. The name directly translates to “strange hotel” and the robot receptionists are indeed a bit strange, but that was a small part of the trip.

Great location and in a very high end area. Very convenient Rooms were a bit small but that was expected from Tokyo

Good location

I prefer to be meet by a real person instead of a robot

I like this hotel. It was close to the metro station and very clean.
-
Check in wasn't that smooth but the staff helped us in the end

Breakfast was quite nice and the check-in and check-out procedures were easy and straight forward. All very clean and comfortable. Room is quite tight.
-
Easy access to multiple metro lines. I liked that the toilet bowl and shower/bathtub were in separate rooms (although I see in photos this is not the case in every room offered). In order to have a shower you had to fight with the shower faucet for 10 minutes hovering around 40oC because 39oC would be ice, 41oC would be lava, and 40oC would be impossible to hit. 2-3 more square meters would have helped a lot in making opening luggage easier and having some storage space around the room available. Did not need the LG Styler at all. It took up valuable space for me.

No Yamato (luggage forwarding) service here

comfortable but tight room for 3 in a good location for Tokyo sightseeing

Very convenient location and the room was quiet, comfortable and clean. Lots of public transportation, convenience stores and restaurants close by. The area also felt very safe. The website mentions that rooms are equipped with Chromecast. This was not the case when I arrived. Upon asking the staff, apparently the Chromecast service was fully stopped. The TVs also do not have Netflix, Amazon or anything similar installed. This means that I had no real in-room entertainment for two weeks as I have planned to stream some movies during my down-time.
-
Clean, warm, modern, close to trains, 7/11 and great ramen places My bed and pillows were a bit too hard for my liking.
-
Near multiple subway lines and the LG Styler in the room was much appreciated after a week of meetings.
-
Great location. Lots of restaurants and little shops in the area. Walking distance to public transportation. Staff is there to help if you need but check in and check out is self service. Love the steam cleaner that sanitize your clothes. No lounge area or hotel lobby to hang out. There’s a small table to sit and read the comic books they have but it’s not really comfortable. We didn’t have breakfast but it didn’t look appealing either.

Staff was very helpful, especially the guy who helped us deal with a small emergency on the evening of Nov 3. Ge refused to give his name, but seemed to be of south asian descent. The automated system interface with customers could be improved. I think the intuition behind the system follows the Japanese way of thinking. If you choose ENGLISH, have an English-speaking person review the interface.

The room is small but very clean. The location is excellent—close to the train station and surrounded by many good restaurants. I booked two rooms hoping they would be next to each other; however, they were on different floors. The bathroom is also quite small.
-
Cool robot check in. Able to store luggage in lockers provided.
-
If I had to say a negative it was the lack of tv channels... but I shouldn't have been staying too long in the room anyway.

Near train station Getting real personal help
