convenient, clean and quite small rooms in excellent location
-
I stayed for 5 nights as a solo traveller and found the location to be extremely convenient! It's maybe a 3 minute (or less) walk to the train station, and there's several convenience stores nearby. The room was also the perfect size for a single person. I remember thinking it was a little small for two people and 2 sets of luggage when I stayed here three years ago with my partner, but it's great for just one person! I was thinking about trying the washing machines but since there were only two in the lobby and they were in use, I didn't bother trying.

Great location. Close to subway

Great location, just moments from the train station. The rooms were compact but well designed. I'm 6'4" and the bathroom worked for me. Anytime we needed help, a member of staff was available. It's also great to see a quieter, more local side of Tokyo instead of the busy tourist hubs. No complementary water bottles in the room was a first, after staying in 8 hotels in Japan. The hotel is noticeably worn, (scuff marks on walls, paint chips, tears in wallpaper) despite being new. That's down to heavy use from guests, but also a lack of proactive maintenance on the owner's behalf. It's a great property and I hope they don't let it slide further.

Breakfast excluded, the location is easily accessible. nothing.

The bedroom is a bit small but no smaller as 3/4 of tokyo's rooms. The AC was hot (even at 15°C)

Would be nice to have more options for breakfast at the hotel

The location was excellent, loved that we could get up in the morning and have easy quick access to Lawson and 7 eleven for coffee and snacks. So so soooo close to the train station and so many alleyway shops that came alive in the evening. Fabulous ? It was VERY SMALL, but I understand that is just how hotels are in Tokyo area. There were 2 adults and one child and they had 3 twin beds which was fine but the room was tight.

They scammed us about breakfast, paid extra for breakfast, breakfast was not open so no food, had to walk to 7 eleven, and no staff to complain too. Pethetic hotel Location is great

Robo- checkin for a family of 7 is a challenge. Finally a very friendly staff member helped us and we were happy.

Easily accessible Nothing it was perfect

The room is very small. We had difficulty moving.

Great location. Near Asakusabashi station which has great connections. Great value. Decent size room. I never knew I wanted and like eating Indian for breakfast. I highly encourage spending the extra money to include buffet breakfast at GANGA. Unable to arrange luggage forwarding to next hotel but Yamato Transport is down the street 2 minutes and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend using Yamato Transport.

Stayed at Henn na hotel in Hamamatsucho and was delighted at the accommodations. I would stay again if traveling alone or a couple.

When we stayed, a lot of the luggage lockers/storage were taken and we had to separate our bags on two different floors. Not a major issue but just the only one we encountered while staying. Also elevators take awhile longer.

The property location was amazing , I could walk one minute and I’m already at a Lawson, 711 or the train station. Staff was helpful and loved my son. Rooms were kept clean and property was easily accessible. N/A
