Easy access Room a bit small

The location was pretty good, easy walk to the sites. Room was very small, seemed outdated. The lobby was small and cramped and didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel.

Room was quite spacious and has a nice hot tub you can soak in after walking around in Japan. Staff was friendly and helped me out in looking for laundry service and booking taxi. Loved the pajamas they provided.

The room was bigger than I expected, the location was excellent, the toiletries were perfect, everything i needed! There price was great for having everything i could need. I will definitely stay here again!! Everything was great. There was nothing i would change.

The staff was friendly, courteous, and attentive. Also loved the Dyson hair dryer. I didn’t like the motion activated light in the room. It was really annoying.

Location is great. Close to transportation and sites. Breakfast was good. Beds were very uncomfortable for westerners. Staff was not very helpful with requests.

The hotel was in a very central location. The staff was nice, helpful and check in was easy. My family and I had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. We had no complaints ! Everything was great

Location was excellent! Train just a couple blocks away. Convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. We even took the train for a quick ride to Tokyo Tower! Perfect for our stay in Asakusa. The staff were helpful. Easy check in and out. Rooms were spotless clean for us. Loved the black out curtains. Both our suitcases fit in a family room with one queen and a single bed. 2 of us and this size was perfect. Beds were firmer than our liking. But surprisingly, we did sleep very well.

Very good breakfast, the best breakfast buffet that I had during this trip. The room was a little small, but that's not surprising given that it's in Tokyo.

The bed in the corner, missed having both sides to be free and with night stand. This was one person needs to sleep in the "corner"
