The location was excellent! Just a few minutes walk from the train station and bus stop (to Disney)! They had a free cocktail hour and other beverages available.

Clean, comfy, great location if visiting Disneyland and DisneySea as the bus stop is only 1 min walk away. We could even see the Disney castle and the volcano at DisneySea from our window. Staff were helpful and polite. The free drinks each night were a nice touch. It was also close by to a great 2nd hand clothing shop and we got many good quality buys! Couldn’t fault the stay.

Location, easy access to bus stop and station to go to Disneyland / Disneysea. Staff needs to be more friendly and attentive especially to foreigners. Some of them can only speak Chinese but no english.

I'd say it's what you'd expect from a good hotel in Japan. The staff was pretty polite and helpful, everything was very clean and the room had everything I needed. It is also very close to a nice range of restaurants, to convenience stores and to public transport. If you're planning on going to Disney, this is a great choice and I also highly recommend you visit Urayasu City Folk Museum, which is around 30/40min by bus from the hotel.

The location was fantastic, just a 2-minute walk to Kasai Station and surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops. Our room was quite small, leaving little room to move around.

The staff are friendly. The breakfast bar has a wide range of food and coffee is hot all day. The location is just a few blocks from both a bus hub and a subway stop. The rooms are really small with minimal storage. It suited me perfectly as I spent most of my time out of the room.

The staff were helpful, nice, and friendly. The bed was soft. My favourite part was free alcohol for an hour each day between 3-10pm. I was able to see a bit of DisneySea and DisneyLand from my hotel window. The hotel is very close to a metro and bus station. There is a bus within walking distance that goes to DisneySea and DisneyLand and only take 20-30 minutes to reach its destination. The room was quite small.
