The property is conveniently located in Akihabara, making it easy to reach and a good base for exploring the area. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend it for a long stay. The room is extremely small, with very limited space. It also gets quite hot inside. The air conditioner is positioned directly in front of the bed, so it’s uncomfortable to leave it on while sleeping because the cold air blows straight at you. Another downside is that there’s a restaurant next to the hotel, and we saw several large rats in the area nearby, which was unpleasant. But it is not hotel‘s problem. Just the area around.

excellent location for a city-active stay. Minimalistic small room and bathroom, great if you're looking to get into the city early in the morning and exploring until late at night. air vent let in some street noise, the room could be more spacious - matters especially if you're travelling with a lot of luggage

The room was dilapidated and had a strange smell. The worst part is that windows could not even be opened to let in some fresh air. The breakfast option is nothing but a (disgusting) cold prepackaged meal that you have to pick up yourself from the frontdesk and eat in your room.

The property was fairly close to the station like 10 min or so, so that was nice. Everything was as I expected from the pictures and the staff was able to accommodate my late check in due to flight delay I had no issues with anything

The proximity of the place to the train station is close. The cleanliness of the rooms is very efficient. There are restaurants nearby. The convenience stores and market places are a 5-minute walk away. Also there is even a sanctuary between the hotel and the restaurants that are next door.

No place to leave the luggage on check out day, its very surprising in a hotel in a big city, and not a specially cheap one at that.

Even though it's located near Akihabara, it's still a bit of a walk to get there, and quite a distance, maybe a 15-20 minute walk to the nearest JR lines train station, but the subway is nearer; about a 7 minute walk.

Great location and clean, functional hotel. The rooms offer solid comfort for the price and the size was sufficient for a solo traveller. All the necessary amenities were provided. The staff were polite, friendly and patient. All in all the stay was a very pleasant experience.
