The location was in close proximity to Kasai Station, which made it easy to get to Disneyland, the airport, etc. The hotel is extremely clean, staff is incredibly friendly and kind, and most spoke English, which was a huge help. They also had pre-printed detailed info sheets for how to navigate to the Disney and the airport. Breakfast was included, and the food was amazing. There were also lots of food/grocery/convenience stores near by, which was also super helpful. We loved our stay, And would definitely visit again! There was nothing I disliked about the property.

The hotel location was near many transportation and amenities. The spacious room and kitchenette and fridge was wonderful. The beds were firm but still reasonable.

The room was comfortable. We had plenty of hot water for taking long soaks after visiting the Disneyland and DisneySea. The breakfast buffet was delicious and everything was spotless. The staff is helpful and courteous. I can’t think of a thing I didn’t like.

Staff were beyond friendly, room was spacious and the washer-drier for your clothes were huge plus! In a walking distance from metro, grocery stores and some restaurants. All in all, good value. Little bit far from all the sights but Tokyo is big city!

Clean rooms, friendly stuff, comfortable bed. I was positively surprised. For its price category it’s a great choice. They give you nice pyjamas, i liked it. Tye toilet is heated. There is microwave you can use in the lobby. From the airport there is a direct bus to Kasai station, it is within few blocks from the hotel. In the nearby parking lot there a vending machine with fresh orange juice. Across the street there is a great restaurant for bbq meat (*take the cheapest menu option and then just add premium beef, that is anyway always extra) The metro line from Kasai station is very crowded with office workers in the morning and evening

Upon our stay in Hotel Lumiere, what we really loved was the size of the room, the completeness of the furniture as well as the size of the refrigerator. Additionally, the location to nearby facilities, most importantly to the Metro station and bus stations, location proximity to konbinis and nearby restaurants, as well as malls and parks. We also loved the atmosphere and the location of the hotel, it is situated in the heart of a residential area, so it is quiet, serene and very private. Last but not the least, the breakfast, it was very awesome! We love the croissants, chocolate bread, the free drinks such as the coffee and the delicious hot choco. The sausages, potato salad, vegetable salad and the boiled egg. We will truly visit again. Not much, to be honest. Only that one time where there was a slight miscommunication where one bed was removed from my mother's room. However it was fixed right away.

Pros: Walking distance to Tokyo Disney shuttle bus and train station Hot breakfast every morning Double room was comfortable and spacious compared to some other hotels Walls were pretty thin, so you hear people next door or in the courtyard.

It was so clean. Don’t laugh but I am going to have to replace every toilet in my house now to have one of these. Amazing!!! I liked everything .

I really like everything in this hotel. I think maybe people might find the room small and the breakfast limited, but for me it was just perfect.
