The hotel is in a great location for families. It’s super easy to take the subway or buses, with the closest station a one minute walk. Lots of nice restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The Disney shuttle is SO helpful! The rooms are small in Japan, but overall this was fairly comfortable for a family of 3.

Had several bad allergies like nights, I don’t have allergies. Then upon checking out and looking under the beds, they were absolutely filthy with dust. Like 5cm high. No wonder my wife and I coughed a lot in the room. This was very disappointing. Too late to do anything about it.

Perfect location. Shuttle to Disneyland. Carrying staff I was smaller than I expected. But again. This is Tokyo.

The property was affordable and was in very accessible location. The bus ride to Disneyland or Disney sea was an added bonus. There was nothing to complain in regards to the facility.

The room was incredibly tidy, but more importantly the staff was insanely helpful and accommodating! They were very flexible with the bus shuttle to Disney and even helped us move luggage out of the room while we were at the theme park. Nothing!

Great staff with multiple languages supported at the front counter. Convenient access to Disney Parks with the free shuttle bus. Rooms very small, but this didn't matter as our family was out long hours and just needed affordable and close accommodation to Disney. Also, a great local food mall right at your doorstep. Rooms were very tight and beds were hard, as commonly found in Japan.

Very close to public transportation. Safe neighbourhood. Good breakfast. Nice touch with free coffee/tea in lobby and free supper every night. Modern decor in room. Comfortable bed. Room a bit small but expected in Tokyo.

Well located, nearby the metro and bus station giving you the liberty to easily explore Tokyo. Located in the neighborhood of Nishi-kasai, with loads of options of great restaurants in walking distance. Helpful and friendly staff. The room was clearly too small, and the window was positioned against an outside wall/building. The breakfast was absolutely miserable and lacking several options (mainly to western guests).
