I did not like that patrons who were smoking were right outside the main entrance of the hotel. I think there should be a designated area where people could smoke that does not interfere with other guest experience.

The room was really small and I honestly wouldn’t recommend it for 2 people because the room is too small to walk past each other so one person has to be on the bed if you want to pass each other.

Nothing really. Horrible smelling room and bathroom, poor ventilation. Dark and dingy room with spotlights shining in your eyes while lying in bed.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. They assisted us in every possible way from the time we arrived, when we staying there and up to our check out. They were courteous and friendly. The room wasnt very clean, especially the carpets. We found the lighting a bit too dark. The hallway carpets too and the elevator needed cleaning.

The location was perfect, Asakasa is calm, charming, great to rest and wander around. Close by Roppongi hills in the Minato ward. The closest station is Akasaka next to the Harry Potter Cafe. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Staff is absolutely amazing and friendly. They have a free happy hour and free miso soup for dinner. I highly recommend this hotel. Nothing it was perfect

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially Harry at the front desk. Really appreciated all his help during our stay. Loved the rooftop balcony for hanging out and having some drinks with a view. Room was a good size for 2 people, and bed was comfortable. Loved the area, super close to the train station, less than 5 minutes.

Staff went above and beyond to help, even making me breakfast when I was a little late and missed the breakfast time. They have free ramen nightly and it was delicious. Rooms are small but expected for Tokyo. 8 min walk from the metro station, close to Roppongi More Japanese options for breakfast maybe

Superb location close to city center, Akasaka and Akasaka-Mitsuke stations. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. They serve delicious Japanese breakfast which you shouldn't miss! The room was somewhat small

Location My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The check-in process was smooth until the very end, when the receptionist informed me that I needed to pay an additional 400 yen "city tax" and that it could only be paid in cash. Since my reservation had already been paid in full in advance, this unexpected charge raised concerns. The receptionist said I could pay it at checkout instead. The following day, I contacted Booking.com for clarification. I was informed that I had no outstanding charges on my reservation and that if I had paid any additional fees, they would reimburse me. They also advised me not make any additional payment specifically in cash. This left me confused about why I was being asked to pay an additional cash fee. I felt like I was being scammed by the hotel. In addition, the room itself had several issues. Upon arrival, I found hair on the toilet and in the bathtub, which made me question the cleanliness standards. The air conditioner was not functioning properly, leaving the room feeling stuffy and uncomfortable. The room also had a noticeable odor and was much smaller than expected. With four pieces of luggage, there was barely enough space to move around comfortably. The only positive aspect of this hotel was its location, which was convenient for getting around the area. Aside from that, the cleanliness, comfort, and overall experience did not meet expectations. I would not choose to stay here again

The staff were exceptional. Although younger, they demonstrated perfect professionalism, competence, friendliness and eagerness to be of service. Location was great, central to dining/shopping/trains. If I could make one suggestion for the cleaning staff, give considerably more effort to dusting/vacuuming. On top of the mini-fridge, behind the TV, a little bit on the walls, and ESPECIALLY under the bed. A guest with allergies could have a very bad stay.

The stuff and location where very good Poorly maintained the fridge did not work in one of the 2 rooms we rented and the electrical plugs on the desk were broken. It’s was very dirty under the bed.
