Great location, close to everything you may need and to a few central metro and JR lines. You can rent things for the room, and I rented toys to keep my kids entertained before going to sleep. Room was big enough for 4 people and 3 suitcases so all in all great value.
-
The hotel was located to main train lines. That was the reason of a little bit noise but other than that everything was great. There is always light outside the hotel. This is probably the Tokyo's problem. I cannot distinguish day and light. There is always a light available outside.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming to me and my friends. The beds were extremely comfortable!
-
The lobby needs more seating for the breakfast rush in the morning.
-
The room is not sound proof as train sound is very loud in the room.
-
The bathroom can be a bit humid with 4 people using it, but vent on for a good amount of time can help reduce the humidity.
-
The staff was nice and the room was clean and cozy. Trains run next to the hotel from around 5AM to 12AM. This is very annoying when trying to sleep.
-
Accommodating staff, accessible location, good for family room of 4pax. N/A
-
Location near to the Yamanote line.
-
The hotel is right next to a JR line, so it is pretty loud whenever a train passes by. There are free earplugs in the lobby though, which is nice.

Very close to Nishi Nippori Station! Just 1 minute. In case you take Skyliner from Narita to Nippori Station, you can also walk to this hotel (~5-7 min). I booked for 2 adults, 2 kids, I have bed and also futon! Spacious room, bathup, clean everyday (by request) Free amenities flow Washing machine (300yen) and dryer (100yen) available Close to halal restaurant "Halal Kitchen" (in between Nishi Nippori to Nippori Station), only ~3-5min from the hotel Close to AEON small (just aside), 7-11, and McD.. Some people said train sound. For us, no problem at all for me even my kids (we were at 6th floor, with lift) 0

Staff was friendly Hotel location is very loud with constant train noise from 5am to midnight

Convenient location, great value for money on the rooms, and the staff were lovely and accommodating. Special shout out to Manda (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) for being so lovely and going the distance for our family. We stayed here with our toddler who enjoyed going downstairs to get amenities (water/bread/toiletries) and really liked the Japanese style room. The hotel is sandwiched between two train lines, which run pretty much constantly until the end of the day. It wasn't an issue for me or even for my partner who can be a bit of a sensitive sleeper, and they have earplugs available, but it's worth noting for any guests who may have similar issues.

Staff was very friendly, and the fact that we were able to luggage forward with the hotel is amazing! All the accommodations were great! There was nothing to complain about. Only thing we had to get used to was the noise from the train and the beds on the tatami mat. But we all got used it!
-
The hotel near/under the train/railways so at might get noisy when the train passes by. And also the floor of the bathroom is higher than the floor of the room (much higher) so if you have knees problem it might be a little bit difficult.

None

Our room was close to the train tracks, it wasn't much of a bother for us but for someone that is very sensitive to it might be an issue.
-
bed is comfortable great location lights wouldn’t turn off next to Keisei skyliner and the noise from the track, but it really doesn’t bother us that much
