Rating: 8/10⭐ Hotel Owl Tokyo Nippori Review Stayed on June 5, 2026 Pros: 1. Location: About 7-10 minutes walk from Nippori Station — super convenient for JR Yamanote + Keisei Skyliner to Narita. 2. Everything nearby: 7-11 convenience store, restaurants and bars right outside Nippori Station. Late-night snacks + dinner sorted. 3. Peaceful & Clean: Hotel was quiet, rooms and common areas well-kept. 4. Staff: Friendly and helpful. Left our luggage at 10am after checkout and picked it up after 5pm. Everything was safe, no issues at all. Cons: 1. Noise: Could hear hair dryer + some room noise from 10pm till around midnight. Bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. 2. Shared toilet: 1st floor rooms use a restroom outside the room, not en-suite. 3. Amenities: Towels aren’t free — you buy them at the counter, cash only. Plan ahead.

Very easy access to Nippori station, decent amount of places to go to nearby (onsen right beside the property, grocery around 2 min walk, many restaurants near as well), staff were really kind, welcoming and helpful. Free drinks in the lobby was a plus Thankfully I was able to rest well even for just one night It was quite cold that day (Feb 8) and airconditioning did not feel warm enough at times, but since it was a mixed space with other people, i’m not sure if I would have requested to adjust it

Had a great stay here! The location is excellent, very close to all the main attractions in Tokyo, which made exploring the city super easy. The room was comfortable and clean, and everything went smoothly throughout the stay. Definitely a good choice if you’re visiting and want a convenient, stress-free stay.

Hostel was close to the train station. Staff was obnoxiously rude, they double charged me, bed was uncomfortable, coffee was terrible, cooking area consisted of a microwave in a closet, and elevator was broken so I had to walk up to the 3rd floor with my heavy bags, and their list of house rules was a mile long.

Very clean, very quiet, easy to access. A bit far from tourism spots, and the pillow is too flat.

The neighborhood is very nice and the bed is spacious enough to have your backpack with you Our bedroom was on the fifth floor and the elevator didn't work

Slept in a capsule, clean and comfortable. The common area in the lobby offers free juice, coffee, and water. Washing machine costs ¥200 and dryer ¥100 on level 3. The lift was out of service, so we had to carry our luggage up to level 2 using the stairs. No chatting or phone calls are allowed as we need to respect others. For these activities, please go down to the lobby.
