Location Price and the room very small…?

I really like that JR Nippori station is within 3 minutes walking distance. Plus you are able to board the Skyliner Keisei train which connects you directly to Narita airport so this was a huge bonus for me since that's my point of arrival and departing. Nearby the station on the road to the hotel you will find Family Mart (the konbini) and also several small restaurants. There's also McD across the station if you really feel for some burger. So no issue about getting food late at night! Staffs speaks English so we were able to communicate just fine. You can ask to keep your luggage if your room is not ready yet. Anyway my room is at floor 12. Pretty pleasant although not too big. My room is overviewing the Yanaka cemetery btw lmao well it's really close to this hotel. The amenities are complete, the toilet is bidet type which has warm water spray. You got one big towel, one hand towel, and a small towel which i used as a shower mat. They clean the room every three days of your stay, so in between they drop you a bag with fresh towels and other stuffs, in case you want to change them. Second floor has coin laundry machine (bring your own detergent though) and also a microwave. In the room there's a fridge. There's TV that you face when you lie down at the bed. There's a huge mirror and also hairdryer for your use. The rate is reasonable considering the awesome distance and pretty comfortable room. Great for a solo traveler. At the third night of my stay iirc, I had the "joyous" opportunity to experience the tokyo earthquake at my room. The wifi immediately sent the earthquake warning to my devices. A bit shocking. The incident itself didnt happen for long. Not long after it calmed down, the hotel sent out annoucement through speakers on the hallways, saying to remain calm and there was no need for an evacuation as they had confirmed it was safe. There was a window however you can't really check the window freely as it is located at the bed's headboard. So you have to climb the bed first to check what's up at the outside. When I arrived, unfortunately I found a small hair located by the bathroom's door. I think the three days room cleaning service might have made them oversight the huge work they're supposed to finish in just one day. The bed is huge for a single room. However I find the bed too soft for my spine. It literally almost squished flat when you sit over it so it could cause issues to people with back problems.

It would have been nice to have a place to lounge outside of my room but no big deal. I stayed here another time and my room was a bit noisy (train noise)

Lots of eateries around, which is about the only plus about this hotel, i.e., its location, which is good for one night and if you are on transit to somewhere else. The room was tiny, as was the bathroom. Little or no facilities or amenities, and fortunately, we did not opt for the breakfast package coz the TKP cafe's menu was not great. The room rate the hotel charges does not make anything more than one night worthwhile.

Rooms are tiny and 2 people can’t fit in the room where it mentions sleeps 2.

I had a great stay at APA Hotel Nippori. The location is unbeatable—just a stone’s throw from Nippori Station, very convenient especially for the Keisei Skyliner to and from Narita Airport. Lots of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, plus a lively shopping street within walking distance (across the street). Overall, a very practical and convenient choice for transit and short stays in Tokyo." ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had all the amenities I needed and right beside a station connecting directly to the airport. N/A
-
It’s very close to the station and the staffs were friendly The humidity made the room smell strange but after let the AC on it’s better.

WiFi was terribly slow!!! Not useable!!

Everything was perfect. I honestly don’t know why anyone would give anything less than 10. The rooms have everything and more. It’s quite clean and room is big enough for your luggages. There are restaurants and multiple konbinis around. It has great access for public transportation, you can go any touristic area in about half an hour and it’s also 40 minutes away from the Narita airport with the Keisei Skyliner. Nothing

Tight space in toilet, tight room space for 2 people

I use this hotel regularly when I'm in Tokyo. The location is convenient, within maybe 3 minutes(walking distance) of Nippori station. Staff are always amazing and accommodating, room are small (normal in Japan), and comfortable. No complaints.

Good location No onsen

This hotel is close to the station, allowing us to travel around with ease. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and came with many useful amenities, everything you could possibly need. Though the room was small, it was perfect for the two of us. The staff was friendly, and spoke English. Overall, I recommend this hotel and would stay again for my next visit.
-
On the positive side, the location was convenient, with many convenience stores nearby and easy access to a station on the Yamanote Line. Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned — there was visible dust, and the air felt stale and unpleasant. The mattress was very worn out and uncomfortable. Even though it was a non-smoking room, the curtains had cigarette burns, which is unacceptable. Another major issue was the lack of a luggage storage room. The reception area was full of suitcases and trolleys, making it look more like a storage space than a hotel lobby. Overall, the hotel did not meet basic cleanliness and comfort standards.
