Smelled stinky, everything was so small, the bathroom felt like an airport bathroom. The elevator doors would close so fast, they would close on our suitcases because I don’t think they have censors

The room is really small, with big luggage it is hard to find space to open the luggage. They don't clean the room, if you want cleaning service you have to pay. But you can change the towels at the lobby. No breakfast, no water in the room.

Amazing location! Close to a lot of restaurants and of course on the Yamanote Line. Enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel was situated in a quiet part of Nippori — close to the station, but not too close to be exposed to the daily hustle and bustle of the commuters. The room was just the right size for our family and didn't feel cramped. The bed was comfortable, the temperature could be adjusted to our liking, and the bathroom was clean. Because of these, we had a restful sleep and a pleasant stay. The hotel also had a luggage delivery service to and from the airport (Airporter) and the staff was kind enough to guide us through the process and remind us about the drop-off and pick-up times. As an added bonus, there is a convenience store just down the street and getting to Narita Airport is convenient from this location, since you don't need to change trains. The area gets really quiet at night and there isn't really much you could do except eat, but that was to our advantage.

The accommodations met and satisfied my needs. The hotel staff exceeded my hopes. They were extremely polite, understanding, helpful and professional. I could not have had the great experience I had without them. Nothing.

The facility is quite new and compact The room is very small and no cleaning service when comparing the price with other hotels nearby. We could get more spacious rooms and better service with the similar room rates. The staff especially a man who wear glasses, are not very nice and helpful. He incorrectly leaded us with the left luggages that we had registered the QR code so that took time a bit longer than expected. We believed that the standard of this hotel is good so we decided to choose here but finally worse than ever.
