We really liked how close to the metro the hotel was located as well as to local food places it was located. The hotel provided great service and the stay was very comfortable. The rooms were a good size especially for other hotels in Tokyo so that was a great plus. Highly recommend this hotel if you want to sight see all around Tokyo all day and then come back to a place that is very quiet with great views. We could even see Mount Fuji from our floor! I do not believe there was anything we did not like about the hotel.

We loved the area it was very close to Tamachi station but not touristic area. The beds were the most comfortable of our whole trip. The room is spacious for Japanese standards in Tokyo, everyday they provided new towels, toothbrushes, pajamas and slippers. It was extremly clean and staff is super helpful and respectful

Conveniently located near two train stations, convenient stores, easy access. Hotel was very nice, clean, the staff was wonderful. No complaints. I think as usual the size of the room was smaller than ideal, but it was suitable for two individuals. One large suitcase, the bathroom was large, all toiletries were provided, coffee was provided, really no complaints.

The beds and pillows were comfortable. The staff were helpful and always friendly. The location was nice, close to the train station. The area was nice and quiet. The happy hour snacks could be better.

The location allows for direct access to the Yamanote line, Asakusa line, and Mita line. The area near Mita station is quite lively and offers many different food options. There are multiple convenience stores, drugs stores, and supermarkets near by. The hotel was offering a happy hour from 5-7 which was included with our stay. The rooms are fairly standard size and offered everything you would need. The staff were extremely friendly and spoke English as well. The train tracks were visible from the room as well, which made for great photos. The price of the room was phenomenal. There was a little bit of mold in the restroom sink. It was not in an easily visible spot so I could see how it was missed. The counter of the restroom protrudes out into the sink a little, and under that area it was slightly black.

The hotel is in a great residential/commercial area quite central to main attractions in Tokyo but not touristic area. It was quite and peaceful in the morning, nice Restaurants, Shops around. Close to metro Station Tamachi which connects you to all lines in Tokyo. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. We received a new pyjama every day. The hotel offered the luggage forwarding of our suitcases to our next stop. There is a Money exchange machine in the lobby which was very convenient. We also left part of our luggage in Tokyo until we come back from our road trip. It was offered free of charge by the hotel. The breakfast is quite expensive and not worth it. There are some spots around the hotel with better options and cheaper. The rooms are quite small but we understand that this is quite common in Tokyo. It is manageable though.

The hotel building itself was nice and the staff were very kind. There was coin laundry available and vending machines which were very convenient. Room was very small compared to the images. Hotel looked newer on the outside but inside was quite old.

Every thing mainly the cleanliness and staff Breakfast can be improved by adding the cheese item , there is no cheese at all . I do not believe it!!

Very close to train station and very helpful staff

It was a great place and I wish I was there longer. The facilities were super nice, clean, spacious and exceeded my expectations. They offer breakfast AND happy hour for guests which is amazing along with their other amenities. I would totally recommend this place. The only thing is the location isn’t SUPER close to locations and it’s about a ten minute walk to the nearest station. Normally that’s fine but just keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage and plan to walk with it.

The facilities were useful, like a vending machine, , a washing machine, and more inside the hotel, you could work on the first floor too. The location is very good : about 500m ~7min by foot from the nearest station (Tamachi station), there are konbini, supermarket and restaurants around. The staff is helpful and kind. The room was a bit small to walk around with our suitcases there.

I loved the drink station! I was able to get orange juice every time I came back from being out. It was also really convenient to a train station. With only a 9 minute walk and only having to go through 1 cross walk. It was very convenient. Close to the Tokyo tower and restaurants. 5 minute walk from 7 Eleven and a Lawsons as well. N/a
