The rooms are extremely small and the mattress is so uncomfortable and the pillows as well.

Wonderful location in Ginza, walkable to many shops and restaurants. Very clean and staff was very kind. The breakfast was amazing -though we didn't eat there every morning. Would have been nice to have a dresser for clothes, instead of rummaging through a suitcase.

Excellent location at the heart of Ginza. Less than 5 minutes of walk to major Ginza locations--Ginza Six, Kabuki-za, Ginza Mitsukoshi...ect. Entrance of Hibiya Line is just around the corner. Our room (three bed room) is spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping services is also great. Nothing.

Incredible location near the main shopping area of Ginza and Tsukiji market. Perfect if you are planning to spend a lot of time shopping. Good access to subway lines and airports. Good breakfast options. Rooms were a little small for 3 people, but that’s typical for Tokyo.

Great location, near metro stations, helpful staff for making reservations and scheduling luggage transfer, always enjoyed the breakfast.

I thought it would be nicer for the price point. The first hotel we stayed at in Tokyo was less expensive and had a nicer Onsen and otherwise was about the same.

Great location! Breakfast was very good. Many assortments! Walking to train stations was easy. Many great restaurants near by Nothing Loved every thing

I room was a little bit small for 3 people. We barely have any walking space left after rolling in our luggage. However, the hotel is very clean and close to the places that we want to go to. It’s a few minutes walk from the train station which is amazing. The only thing I did not like was the coin laundry machine. I feel like it would be better if they have more machines available rather than wait for someone to be done and they left their clothes inside.

The staff are very friendly and attentive. The property is clean and has a great location very near to JR and Family Mart I felt the beds are too hard. The bathrooms are small. I didn't like that the onsen didn't have towels

I like location Bed shoved against wall, wall had schmutz on it and it kinda grossed me out

Quiet for being in a busy area. Staff was very accommodating and professional. Public bath was clean and tidy and people were well behaved. Air conditioner could have gone a bit colder (19 vs 20) and there could have been 3-4 towels vs 2.

The location is awesome, convenient. The rooms are narrow, hard to move around. Not much space for the luggage.

We loved the location and the amazing staff. Would definitely rebook. Rooms are nice and clean. I think the quality and efficiency of the breakfast could better. This was our least favorite in the trip. The lineup to get in was very long. The food in itself was so so. Coffee was not good. For some reason the attitude of the staff at the restaurant was completely different than the hotel staff.
