Clean, good location, nice staff and good amenities for the price. Would go again. Room a little small, but I am 193.4cm tall, so context is important.

Very new experience with giving the room key to the reception every time you head out but it works really well. The receptionists were very nice and the breakfast option was amazing.

Location is great. Walk able distance to Ochanomizu and Akihabara station. The premises is neat and clean. Reception staffs were very helpful. I chose western breakfast and it was great.

Easy walk to subway . Very clean. Free coffee. Good breakfast. Convenience stores very close, staff lovely and so helpful. 2 pillows. Lights can be operated from bed, power outlets near bed Very small room and bathroom, can hear everytime rooms nearby flush toilet. Have a shower or have a bath, the noise of running water woke me up or kept me awake. For some reason the air con was on heat and could not be changed so room became very stuffy and hot even with it turned off.

The staff was amazing and made sure that my stay was as easy and as comfortable as possible. The rooms were cleaned daily, the sheets and towels were changed daily too. The location at which the Ochanomizu Inn is, allowed easy access to all of Tokyo in a fast and convenient manner. Also, the Akihabara is literally 3-minutes walk away. I would love to see microwaves in rooms. The breakfast options, while there were three of them were not great. I don't fully understand how the pricing for each of the days I was staying there was calculated, but it was fair and the staff was amazing!

The location is great and the room is a decent size. The pillows were very hard and the breakfast was basic.

Breakfast was fine. Bathroom was surprisingly large for a business hotel. Mini-frig didn't require me to turn on power. Bed came with sheet along with futon which is preferred as a futon alone can be quite heavy. Room was a bit narrow to walk in, especially if you have a suitcase setup on the stool.

The room has bigger space than other hotel chains. The staffs were all nice and helpful. There is a free coffee, accessible 24/7.

The staff were so kind and helpful, always willing to find a solution for your request. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities that you could need. The rooms were small so not ideal if travelling with a suitcase. Would advise that you bring a soft case.
