-location, just short 10mins walk to train stations, small shopping complex with supermarket, eateries, and plenty of eateries surrounding the hotel. Direct bus to Asakusa and Tokyo station available. Safe neighborhood even at night. Can get here easily from narita/Haneda airport with minimize 1 interchange station before arriving at nearest minami senju station -front staffs were friendly and helpful -have small kitchen can use to eat bento, water dispenser available -have laundry, and strong wifi in the whole building -have notice board with helpful information of first/last train to airport, limited express trains time schedule, recommendations eateries/places -room has personal tv and fridge -room was small. Need to put your luggage on the bed to open it -decent cleanliness of the bathroom. I can see hair strains in the shower cubicles still. -bidet washlet not available at stay floor, only at the 1st floor -toilet clean should be done after 10am right after check out time, not 9-10am. I can see people rushing to shower etc but in the same time staffs are busy cleaning the toilet area -not liking one of the housekeeping staff attitude. I wanted to extend 1 night instead, and no front staff available not until 11am as per what one of the housekeeping staff said. However these one staff keep saying it would be troublesome the next day to do cleaning etc right after Im saying about my intention to extend the stay. She repeated it too many times like my extension would bring problem to her. I got irritated and decided to change to new hotel instead. She might not have noticed I can speak and understand japanese I guess. This is not good attitude for someone working in hospitality.

It's pretty economical for the bucks and the room is totally fine a bit of a walk if you have a luggage 15-20 mins from the train station)

Room is tiny and the blanket was yellow from years of use. Pillow was small and gross looking.

Location was overall convenient as nearest station was a 10 minute walk and had convenient transfers to main locations from there. Hotel does clean common areas on a daily basis, and rooms were clean, so no issues there. The beds provided are horrible. They are the absolute thinnest futons I saw in my entire 4 week stay in Japan. To make it worse, this futon was in a wooden frame instead of a tatami mat, meaning that it provided even less body support than it should. We asked hotel staff if they had additional layers or some cushion to add to the futons, to which they said "Sorry, that's how it is". We had to waste part of our vacation time to get mattress toppers so that the beds were usable, the one night we did not use them we did not feel rested at all even after sleeping 8 hours. If you ever have an insufferably tough bed, do yourself a favor and go to a MUGI store to buy a mattress topper, they saved our stay in Tokyo. Also, the beds have very tiny pillows that are not regular pillows as they have to use a cover that provides more head support. Meaning, the hotel cannot even be bothered to provide a default comfortable pillow. Additionally, the laundry room has the most inconvenient usage hours: 8am to 11pm. Anyone who is traveling normally wants to use the washing machines outside of those times because that is when you are actually in the hotel, adhering to the schedule given makes you waste prime vacation time. The room being super small was expected, but not even having proper beds is insulting, I understand that the pricing is lower than other places because it does not offer nicer amenities, but not even having a proper bed is a joke, sleeping on a random couch would have been a lot more comfortable. I stayed in hostels with a similar footprint and price range in Kyoto, and even in Tokyo for the first night we arrive at, and they were many times more comfortable and convenient.

AMAZING value!! Position is also great, quiet, 10 minutes away from the train station and a comfortable 20-30 minute walk to Senso-Ji. I would recommend this place to everyone who goes to Tokyo on a budget!! Nothing

    Clean and quiet

    2) The shower will auto turn off after around 10-15 seconds, which was pretty annoying. Otherwise it was great!

The front person was super nice. He gave great suggestions for where to eat. He greeted us warmly everytime we entered. Nothing really

Despite the thin walls, privacy is still well maintained. The toilet and bathroom are located just outside my room. The location is very convenient, with the train station only an 800 m walk away and the bus stop within walking distance. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The toilet does not have a bidet. The walls are thin, so noise from other rooms is easily heard, and I need to be careful not to make noise because it can be heard by others as well.

It’s economical for one person and in a quiet neighborhood The mattress is a bit tough

The location is near to both JR lines and Tokyo Metro Subway Station. The staff are kind and helpful. Although the bathroom and toilet are shared among occupants within the same floor, it is still OK. The room is a little less spacious. The drying machine for clothes that I used takes to long to dry so I teansferred to other machines.

My experience at your hotel was very good. The place is nice and clean. I felt comfortable with the amenities.

I liked that there is a women's only floor. I also liked that there was a kitchen with lots of cups, bowls, and plates available. The facility was also very clean and the staff were super nice and helpful! All the signs were clearly labeled in multiple languages (including English, which was also helpful.) I would definitely stay here again.

Clam but easy to access trains including JR and subway line -

Location and price are great! Additionally, everything was clean. The beds are a little bit thin and the sinks are only motion activated with no stoppers. This can make it challenging to shave

Staying here felt very much like I was living at home. The common area inside and outside were nice to just relax.
