It would be nice if you have a few bicycle for overnight stayers so we could enjoy the places around the hotel without the hassle of walking a lot or finding a place to rent a bicycle out of the hotel. Especially you have a lot of tourist staying in your hotel, most likely they don't have the application on their phone to rent a bicycle on the parks near by.

Shuttle to Disney and the Station was a plus. Very good accommodation for our family of 4. We had a great experience with transportation in and around the hotel. SUICA card got us around town and convenience store purchases at the nearby 7 eleven(s). We didn't get to use the services, other than the restaurant. Nothing was bad about our stay to make us not like anything.

Very friendly staff Room was very small literally 4 beds all stuck together so you can’t get down from the side of your bed as there are no sides we had to pay extra for getting another room and no lobby very small

Everything was amazing, service, building facilities, location near Disneyland for those who plan to visit. They offer shuttle to Disney and to nearest train station! Service staff are very friendly! Nothing! Only downside is they are far from downtown and the city.
