Shizutetsu Hotel Prezio Tokyo Tamachi

Definetly a great location! Close walk to the station and konbini at both ends of the street. Lot of places to eat around the area. The only complaint we have is that the smoking area is close to the dining room. Depending on the amount of people smoking you may or not smell smoke while eating. Other than that? It’s a great place. We will return.

A couple of your staffs were nice and it was clean. It’s felt like a hospital along with a hotel off the side of the highway. The ambience wasn’t nice nor was it aesthetically pleasing.

The most “western” of the 5 hotels I stayed at in Japan, but not in a bad way. Room was great, street facing window was nice, furniture arrangement was very good. Breakfast was wonderful and served real coffee! Desk staff was outstanding, understood English and were very helpful with arranging an airport taxi on my checkout day. No complaints.

Rooms are tooooooo small

The room is spacious for two compared to other hotels we have stayed at in Japan. The bathroom amenities were great and the room was clean. We didn’t take advantage of room cleaning and we were instead given fresh, clean towels, water bottles, and tea everyday. The weight scale in the bathroom and luggage scale in the lobby were also fantastic additions we didn’t see at other hotels. The hotel was very close to many convenience stores, restaurants, and the train station for easy access to all your needs. Nothing!

Pretty good location and good value. I would recommend this for people who want a location next to good metro connections with okay prices compared to more expensive locations. Hotel is clean and the rooms are good sized. Nothing comes to mind right now. Price could be lower but its Tokyo so...

If you choose not to have your room cleaned, housekeeping will still provide a bag full of fresh towels and water bottles for you every day.

Quiet area, close to station, much bigger than most Tokyo hotel rooms, very well equipped with really everything you could possibly need! HDMI for your laptop to tv, tea kettle, wireless charging for your phone, awesome big bathroom and tub for soaking! Bed was uncomfortable! It felt like it was sinking in towards the middle … the breakfast stops serving at 9:30am sharp .. we lost track of time one morning and headed down to sneak in but a slow elevator put us at 9:33am and they wouldn’t let us in! But it’s a very nice breakfast!

Hotel allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin time. The male staff member there wouldn't talk to me just pointed, and then left me there. I thought it was just because he couldn't speak English and didn't like my poor japanese but then he talked to the next customer after me. We were given a "double_ bed but only one set if pillows. When I asked for more they said I could only have one but I saw the group before me leave with two

Very nice, modern, and clean

Location

Hotel was easy to find. Quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Staff at a late-night check-in was very kind and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable, facilities seem very new. There's tea, kettle and water available in the room. At the lobby, there was also a coffee machine and other options of tea. Lots of amenities available too. It was all great!

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. We stayed in February 2026, and it wasn’t cold in the room. There was a window, that you could open. The location is very good, there are many grocery stores around, subway and JR lines, so that you can easily get everywhere in Tokyo. One morning we paid for the breakfast, for the price it was good. Other days we bought something in Life.

I really liked this hotel! The size of the room was really decent and the bathroom was really nice! The staff were also very nice and welcoming. The location is also very convenient and quiet. Will stay here again if i come back to Tokyo! I didn’t find anything that I don’t like

Bed was too hard

Room was wonderful! Very clean, well appointed, The bed was comfortable, bathroom was large and nice! There was complimentary coffee and extra amenities (soaps, lotions, toothbrush, etc) in the lobby and washer and dryer was a nice addition. A water canal behind the hotel was nice and had a nice walking path, lined with lovely flowers. Would definitely stay here again! We didn't have any complaints!
