Loved the free WiFi. The breakfast was amazing and I liked that there was a bit of variation each day since we were there for a week. We enjoyed the location as well, a short walk to Akihabara but far enough away from the main hub that it was quiet and relaxing when we were ready to wind down. The service was amazing. Though the front desk didn’t speak much english, we were able to still easily communicate our needs. When we couldn’t communicate, we just relied on google translate. But everyone was kind and warm! Didn’t like that the WiFi was a bit spotty in the rooms and that we couldn’t access it at mealtimes. As a foreigner relying on that for cell service it would have been nice to access it easily throughout the hotel.

My only criticism is the wifi. I had to use my personal hotspot the whole time, since the wifi was really unreliable.

Within reasonable walking distance to the metro and JR, and Tokyo Dome where I attended an event. Staff friendly and accomodating for my early arrival before check-in time. Clean and open common spaces, amenities and in-building vending machines. Bathroom was a bit damp-smelling with seemingly no ventilation (i.e. you might expect the hear a ventilation fan when you turn on the lights, but no). Room did not have temperature control, only option to induce a fan to (probably) cool room. Room was appropriate temperature but those with finicky needs might object.

The breakfast is super with two choices that are Japanese & American type. The room is clean The location of the Hotel is close to the MRT station which is very convenient and also 7/24 convenience stores such as 7/11 & Lawson. Should have facilities such as a health spa & gym The room should have international sockets to cater the guests from all over the world.

Above and beyond service. Very sophisticated building and all hotel staffing does amazing job. Extremely well kept hotel and close distance from Akihabara. I wish I would have reserved a longer stay. 10 out of 10 favorite hotel entire trip to Japan

The breakfast was delicious, a buffet with lots of options, the room was clean and the amenities were suitable for my needs (just don't forget to take them before going to your room at the elevator hall). The hotel was well-located and the staff was very kind. I like my room to be totally dark to sleep but there was a gap between the door and the floor from where the corridor lights and noises were coming in. Besides, my bed had a hump which gave me a backache, maybe I was just unlucky ?

The location was alright, 2 stops away from Tokyo station, so it was still quite easy to get around. For the price we paid, it seemed overpriced. As much as the beds were barely comfortable enough and clean enough, the rest of the facilities and the interior seemed a little too old. They didn't have safety deposit boxes in the room and the room key was literally a room key and not a card, which came as a bit of a surprise considering it's 2023.

The staff really friendly and tried their very best to communicate in English They only provide 1 key per room so that those who share the room have to arrive in room as the same time
