Tokyu Stay Takanawa (Shinagawa Area)

Clean. Good location near.new shopping mall train and subway station. Staff were wonderful.

Washer dryer was very useful. The room was small but very clean. The breakfast was great. Not much around the hotel.

The room had everything we needed and even washing machine. The products provided as well as hair dryer were high quality. Still contemplating about buying that ReFa hair dryer! The metro station is just around the corner. 7/11 and Family Mart are very close by. Coffee and tea available at the lobby. Breakfast was combination of Japanese and western cuisines. The luggage drop off is also available from Haneda airport for no charge.

Best thing about this location its only a 1 minute walk from the station and one stop away from the JR lines, it was never too busy, good coffee in the lobby available almost all day, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and it wasnt far away from anything cant complain about anything from the Hotel,

Quite Front desk staff and the smelly, the room is too small , no view , outside of window is the wall of next building.

As expected for the price and location The bathroom fan is too loud and it couldn't be turned off

Amazingly clean. Close to public transport. Loved having the washer and fridge in the room. The extra security measures are awesome. Expensive.

In room washer/dryer is a godsend. Staff always friendly and helpful. Location not ideal, but at least nearby construction is starting to settle down.

Got a room in the corner and has 2 windows, one of them facing the street (lucky me!). A very compact room with all facilities needed, including a washing machine that help me a lot during we stay. You can take basic amenities (including several tea option), a coffee machine & vending machine in the lobby. The hotel itself has 2 options station nearby, Sengakuji Station (Asakusa line) and Tanakawa Gateway (Yamanote line) which is very convenient to us discovery the city. If you take Narita Express, get off at Shinagawa Station and take a taxi to the hotel. It only cost ¥1,000. If you like a calm and not too crowded area but has many option for transportation, this one is one of the best. A little bit far from Konbini, but not a matters for us.

Great hotel location close to Sengaku-ji Temple (and station), one stop up from Shinagawa. You could get basically anywhere from here. Room was very clean, bathroom had a nice amount of room (especially from a Western perspective). Breakfast buffet was great and worth the cost and allowed us to save some money on food each day. Staff (especially at the cafe) were super friendly. We would definitely stay here again, we had no issues. Fluffier pillows would be so nice! But it seems like this was the norm everywhere we stayed. They were so flat :D

Friendly staff, clean facilities, and a great location. No issues or complaints over a 12 night stay, and everything I had questions about was properly explained.

We loved the area, how close it was to train stations and the hotel itself and the amenities. This hotel is less than 5 minute walk to the Takanawa Gateway station (beautiful area/shopping center worth exploring). One of the newest station on the Yamanote line/loop and 1 min walk to another station that connects you to the rest of Tokyo. The hotel and room was exactly like the pictures and even better. We loved the Refa shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryer so much that we ended up buying them all at the Refa in Ginza to take home. The staff were so lovely and helpful. We loved that they will hold on to your luggage for a few hours even after you check out and they have a luggage scale in the lobby. We didn’t try the breakfast but it looked and smelled delicious. N/A

Room was clean. Beds were comfy. Shower was hot. Staff was friendly great location to get around Tokyo easily The window is frosted and you can’t see out of the window. It’s understandable tho.. otherwise all you neighbours can see into your room

location - it's far from many things. not a lot around, including small choice of restaurants.

Great hotel

Room was pretty big. Big bonus -they had a washer and dryer in the room. Coffee ,tea and water available all day. I am satisfy with the hotel
