The location was great, in a very good neighborhood. Quiet at night busy during the day. The room was very small even when I booked a double bed they were separated by the bathroom with no space to move or put luggage.

The location was great, very centrally located. Very rigid on check in time. I had to wait in the lobby for an hour plus for 3pm to come by even though room was ready. Shower is old, reminds me not an old motorhome shower.

Great location. Close enough to Asakusa station and the sights without the crowds. Two metro lines minutes away, including one for Haneda and Narita airports. Staff are nice and hospitable. Wifi worked well. Breakfast was decent. N.A.

I only stayed here 1 night, but was really impressed by the quality of the room for the value. The room was relatively large for a double. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, holding my bags early and helping me check my bag weight. The breakfast was fresh and satisfying. No issues with the WiFi, TV, bed, or bathroom. Great location close to Asakusa and Kuramae subway. Had washer & dryer in lobby, refrigerator in hotel room. If check-in was earlier than 4PM, it would be perfect!

The location is excellent. Close to kuramae station and asakusa station which is the starting point for nikko. Staff are courteous. Rooms are comfortable and toiletries are provided including night suit. Many choices to eat nearby. Bathrooms are very high and uncomfortable for older people to step out. Bathtubs are very high and again not easy to get into. Breakfast is japanese and not labelled so for non japanese travellers difficult to understand. Toilet spray has japanese labels.

Wish we’d done more research before booking this hotel (our friends chose it). It’s quite old and rundown, the facilities weren’t ideal - the washing machine just being in front of the lift. The location wasn’t great, a bit of a walk to get to the shopping area. (again see point one).

The breakfast was excellent, the hotel location is very good. I always choose Toyoko Inn hotels, I like almost everything about them. Asakusa is the best location in Tokyo at my stays in Japan. The room had a window that faced to the wall of another building, so nothing could be seen. It was dark the whole time.

Very nice staffs, specially the breakfast ladies. Made you feel welcomed every morning. The bed is on the harder side. The bathroom ceiling is low.

Great location in a quiet part of Tokyo, free drinking water and breakfast with a common area/tables in the lobby. All the essentials in the room. The bathroom was elevated in that a noticeable step up to get inside but I got used to it.
