The room was incredibly clean and the staff were very accommodating in letting us leave our luggage prior to check in. They then brought our luggage up to our room before our return so we didn’t need to worry about it. The tub in the room was luxurious and wonderful after a full day of sightseeing. Nothing, the stay was wonderful!

Nice little hotel that had all the amenities that we needed. Excellent staff, included breakfast items and mini fridge items. The location is in a very quiet area but close to many conveniences, including the subway. I would recommend this hotel to friends. We liked everything but the lobby is very small, not really a place to hang out.

Wonderful amenities, great room design. Just some wear and warping in the bathtub.

All staffs members were very nice and friendly. Especially, Mark was accommodated us very well. My daughter was delighted about his East Coast English accent and we enjoyed sake time with him at hotel. He did " omotenashi " very well. The Japanese wooden bath was wonderful. It was a short walk to Tsukiji market so we enjoyed some fresh fish and bought some Japanese tea ceremony things which Mark told us about the shop. My daughter was very happy to do some last day of shopping in Japan. Also we visited " team lab" in Toyosu which we could a taxi. I could say, nothing that we did not like. Everything was great. It was last night in Japan and we chose this hotel for the last night was awesome idea.

The staff welcomed us at check-in, and were very helpful during the entire stay, including the check-out. The Sake lounge experience of Sake tasting was nice. The location and its proximity to good restaurants and Ginza shopping area is excellent. The room was too small for tourists who have a lot of stuff while in Tokyo. The breakfast room which was the lobby entrance hall was too small (to sit maximum 8 people in bar stools). However, you had a chance of taking things to your room, which was again inconvenient because the rooms were small.

Tsuki Hotel in Ginza was clean, quiet, and perfect for exploring the city since the closest metro line was the most well-connected and often didn't require transfers. The hinoki tub was clutch for easing our jet-lagged bodies after long days of walking. The rooms have really nice touches like recess lighting, soft features, etc. Overall felt like this was a splurge but totally worth it on our first trip to Tokyo, and really really loved Ginza overall!

Location Very small worth 3 star

Everything was super nice, amazing hotel and great location. The cedar bath is worth it.

  • Engine customer Apr 2026

The bath is very beautiful! The location is good, just a walking distance to the most luxurious shops in Ginza. The room was very clean and had a closet to store jackets, clothes, etc. The bento breakfast was very delicious but if you stay for many days it can feel repetitive. The breakfast comes in a bento with only two options to choose from.

I loved that it was five minutes from the hustle and bustle of the Giza Main Street yet set just decide so there was some quiet to the end of my day. I also loved coming home to a beautiful big Japanese tub to soak in after walking for hours and hours, it was just perfect. Nothing!!! if you’re looking for ultra luxury of a American style five star Hotel, this is not it if you want something quaint in Japanese clean, beautiful authentic and only this is what you were looking for.
