Wasabi Mita Hotel

The hotel’s location was excellent, with very easy access to both JR Tamachi Station and Mita Station (Subway). Tokyo Tower is also within walking distance. For guests who would like to exercise, the Minato City Sports Center is conveniently located nearby and offers day-use access to its fitness facilities. One area for improvement would be the locker size. It would be more convenient if the lockers were slightly larger so that guests could securely store a laptop and other personal belongings.

it is in minato so it is close to many good stuff the noise and it is impossible to sleep almost and the sheets were like smelly

Location was fantastic, walking distance to trains (5 minutes), Convenient for dinner options again within walking distance. Hotel was a mix between backpacker hostel and rooms. Laundry facilities available The hotel needs some signage as there is no signs to indicate the hotel and the entrance is not actually on the street address. We stayed just over 7 days, and there's no regular room servicing. (beds made, towels replaced) Needs to be requested

there is no toilet in the room, it is a common toilet to be shared with different people. this was not made clear during the time of reservation.

It’s pretty loud outside the rooms. And pretty consistently. The noise of the vehicles nearby can be annoying when trying to sleep but for a quick stay it’s not bad.

Quiet, toilet and showers were clean and well maintained (coming from a person who really cares), great Panasonic hair dryers, washing machine and dryers, comfortable beds (might be a bit hard for some). Towels, toothbrushes, and ear plugs are offered as amenities. The “noisy door” problem mentioned by previous reviewers seems to have been fixed. No luggage space. There is nowhere to store or place your suitcases or large bags, so everyone places it in front of their capsule bed, in the hallway. Blocking the route of evacuation, this could prove to be a serious issue in the rare case of an emergency (be it earthquakes or a fire).

The bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner and our room had a bit of an unusual odor when we arrived. Check-in felt cramped and chaotic.

Clean! It’s small but tidy. I usually judge cleanliness by the shower rooms and sink area. The showers were very clean. Really good water pressure and hot water. Plenty of sink space. Not enough luggage space.

Great location, less than 15 min walk from Tokyo Tower. Less than 10 mins to closest subway station. Several showers and toilet rooms and nice common area in basement. Light in the room is kept on throughout the night. This is a terrible decision as light peers through the curtain. Doors are loud, waking up whenever someone walks in

Good location, quite roommates, very hygienic facilities, great staff.

Very cozy, it’s cheap for Tokyo so I don’t mind the shared space. It stayed very quiet regardless of the amount of people. Privacy curtains when sleeping too. Laundry and lounge facilities, clean showers and bathrooms

The staff. I know its self check in but when i dont know understand how to take picture of my id, i tried to waved my hand at the staff while he was phoning with someone else behind the glass door. Until i asked and shouting "すみません" I mean seriously? Is it part of the service?

Perfect location, access to the metro and many shops within 20 minutes walking. My room was big, had two beds and private shower and toilet. Everything went smoothly and my room was very clean. Staff was really helpful and aided me with a smile :) My room was by the main road and it was really noisy. I had to use earplugs to be able to sleep at night. Due to beds being by the window it was cold at night (October/November).
