Loved the unique design

Everything about this hotel from the amenities to the provided toiletries and pajamas screamed luxury and comfort. I have never heard of a hotel offering an in unit sauna before and the experience of having unfettered access to one during the winter months could not be more understated. I’ll be thinking about this hotel for the rest of my life! Everything was perfect! Though I could see a tall person having trouble using the toilet since the toilet room is very small.

It was great! I wish I could stay longer though…

Sauna…. Check-in instructions were very unclear and there was no staff to assist with check-in so I had to book another hotel for the night until I was shown how to check-in so I feel like I deserve apology and some type of reimbursement of some sort

Location is not bad, That is the only advantage I can tell. Very noisy outside, it's in a corner on an one way street, many taxis and garbage truck passing by no matter how late night it was. Besides, can you imagine their check in time is 9PM?!! I didn't understand until I stepped into the narrow twin bedroom without lift or elevator. It was absolutely a clock hotel for lovers at day time. And they will charge you a additional so called 'loyal membership card fee' in your bill if you don't pay close attention. Exclusive service and experience, Yes, I can't agree it more. So disappointed.

Best sauna facilities and good quality bed. The stylish atmosphere made me feel very relaxed. I stayed in a deluxe room. The bedroom space is a bit compact as the space occupied by the sauna and water bath is very large. This was fine for me because I wanted to experience the sauna, but for those who want a bigger room, it may be a bit different. It is important to understand the concept of this unique boutique hotel before booking.

The concept is very nice! 6:30PM for a CHECK IN on one of the smallest rooms I’ve ever been… why they need from 11:00Am to 6:30pm to give you a room? Who knows, but definitely I would never come back. You can barely fit with your stuff also.

Poor communication. Upon check in, our key code did not open the door (keyless entry). Staff tried many times also. Finally, we were given a master number to open the door. We asked for our lock to be fixed, but it was not done. We had to have staff let us in upon returning later that evening. The following morning, we tried to lock doors to exit, but no access code worked . We called booking. We called the 'emergency ' contact number but no help answered. We left notice that we would move to a functional hotel and left that morning. Our attempts to remedy the second day of stay were not answered. We disputed with booking and our credit card and we're left with charges for the second day.

The location was in a really good spot, it was off the main road so it felt private and was quiet, but it was only a short walk to the station and restaurants. The sauna was wonderful, and they prepared the bath for us before we arrived. Communication with the staff was easy because they spoke English, they even had a little manual for using the tech in the room like the Bluetooth speakers and aircon. The room had a really good atmosphere and the interior design was great.

Amazing and comfortable room with private sauna and a large bath. The bed was very comfortable and plenty of towels and complimentary water for the sauna. The decor of the room was amazing. The staff were very nice and helpful showing us how the electronic front lock works. There is a spin system for both the room and sauna making the room very relaxing and enjoyable to stay at. Would definitely stay again and for longer. 6pm check in is a bit late, but everything else is absolutely amazing.

Literally nothing! This was the worst thing i have ever booked for in my life! It was bad to the level that we left the hotel on our first night and booked another one even though it was NOT REFUNDABLE. We tossed 5800 $ in the trash and paid for hotel just to avoid staying at arch sauna!! Can you imagine how horrible it was? Too dark, too small, very inconvenient, no space for luggage, the closer is an open pipe!! Which is barely a closet. Everything was horrible. This should not be considered as a hotel and should be removed from booking ASAP. Please if you read my comment, do not book here!!! And I don’t understand the red light next to the toilet!! Is this a prison or a hotel room ????? Nothing at all! I left the place without even getting my money back, i just wanted to leave!

This is a well designed sauna. It is not, in any way, set up to be a hotel, and should be removed from your site. It belongs on AirBnB. There is no front desk. There are no staff on site. They are trying to maximise income from day use of the sauna, and expect hotel guests to check in at 10pm because of this. Who in their right mind thinks that is acceptable? There aren’t even the basics: no team and coffee in the room. Communication is poor, and defensive. They try sell you a sauna membership as part of the price you pay for your accommodation. Why, why, would international travellers buy a membership to something they cannot use again. Just awful, and a complete rip-off at the price they’re charging. Most google reviews are for the bar or sauna. Those for the accommodation are all 1 star, and express similar frustrations to ours. Not acceptable.
