Shower and toilet were a bit small, but normal and to be expected for Tokyo.

Perfect set up for sleeping with room darkening curtains and great bathroom with amazing shower and water pressure. Pillows not so great and super tight room space for 2 small people despite it being a family superior. Bathroom size was great but would stay again if needed to be in that area.

Nothing that I didn't like.

this was my second time staying at this hotel, and I certainly would go back the next time I visit Tokyo. However, I do have a grumble that keeps me from ranking this as a 10-star hotel: the bathrooms require a step up to get into them and are very small. I am 5‘8“ tall, and I am challenged by the lack of space. I can only imagine how much more challenging it would be for a taller individual.

Location was perfect for public transportation. Walking distance to train and many restaurants . Quiet area The check in was easy and the staff is very friendly Beds are a little too firm for my preference. Maybe extra pillow would be nice

there's only complimentary bread and hot and cold drinks offered for breakfast. The location is very suitable to grab anything that you need at your convenience. none

We loved the location as well as the staff. They were fantastic! Always smiling and willing to go out of their way to assist us! The room was a little small, however I would definitely stay here again and also highly recommend this facility if you want to stay in the area! Very conveniently located and the staff is what makes this place amazing! We loved everything, even if the room was a little small,,,,but that is only a personal preference!

Very helpful staff that assisted us with receiving the luggage from the delivery company. The location of the hotel is also great as it takes just a ca 10-minute walk till Otsuka station. The breakfast is quite modest, so if you need to get anything bigger, you'd need to check out other places in the neighbourhood or by the station. The restroom is quite small for tall people (I'm 188cm), you'd need to be careful there.

It was very relaxing. We enjoyed the location and the staff was very friendly. A lovely stay.

Friendly staff The tiniest bathroom I’ve ever experienced, no closet in the room, housekeeping forgot to take out trash in my room, lobby is small, basic amenities, should be a 3-star hotel instead

The location is excellent. I loved to be a bit outside of the busiest areas of Tokyo and yet have a lot around to do in the night. It is also located in one of the best metro lines. The hotel is clean and beautiful. I also liked we had a laundry (prepare some coins for the machines). I would totally recommend for friends. It is small but okay. I miss an area to hang the jackets and shirts. You can only hang two jackets, that’s all. It is also hard to find space to open your luggage.

The beds were too soft.
