- Excellent location near Otsuka station - Cheap price - FamilyMart downstairs - Good restaurants nearby - Air conditioning - Extremely clean - Very good customer service over WhatsApp - Relatively silent area, no big roads We had to leave a moldy hostel, so I contacted this hotel in the evening and got a room within an hour. Our room consisted of an entrance area and the bedroom, connected by a small hallway which had doors to the toilet and the shower. The shower door is translucent, so if someone is in the shower, the hallway door needed to be closed for privacy, preventing people from accessing the toilet or the bedroom. Only one key, but at least there is a lockable key box.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient, with many restaurants, shops, and transportation options nearby. The staff were friendly, and the hotel was comfortable and well-maintained. The only thing I noticed was that there was no kitchen available. However, it was not a big issue since there were many dining options nearby. Overall, it did not affect the quality of my stay.

The balcony, distance to the train station and konbinis. Japanese style floors and doors. No microwave, tight space once 4 person group unpacks

Near train station and fast reply of the owner. None

Close to the train station which made it super convenient! Clean, practical, comfortable, and quiet! :) would stay there again. Also the shower had great water pressure

Great location, cute town with variety of foods & close to metro. Room was perfect.

Great location. Right next to the loop line. Also very clean I dislike self serve hotels. But that’s a preference.

Clean and convenient

The location is perfect. Not too quiet, not too busy. Otsuka (Yamanote) station is just a few meters away. There are many convenience stores, fast food, and small restaurants in the area.

Everything perfect.

It near Yamanote line so it’s just within walking distance from Ōtzuka station. Many convinis near by and local restaurants. It’s very small, you can barely walk inside the bedroom but for the price and to only arrive to sleep at nights, it’s OK.

The location was very good. The pictures and descriptions are a bit misleading. This is a room in a private building. It is not a 4 star hotel. The bathroom was ridiculously small. The heat was either zero or 30 degrees. And the entire room had a difficult odor. I was happy to leave it. In my 62 nights of traveling in Japan, this accommodation was the most expensive, and the least comfortable. It was a disappointment.

The location is super near the yamanote line. 3min walk. There are groceries near the hotel. There have been 2 nights where we woke up the next day with bites from bed bugs. ?

The room was very spacious for a Japan property. It had nice beds and it was clean. The location is very nice. It is not a hotel. It is unsupervised and amenities cannot be replenished nor requested. It should not be advertised as a hotel.
