Everything was quite good. Being within a 5-minute walking distance of a station where metro and train lines intersect made it easy for us to get everywhere. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing

Good location, nice staff, free coffee and a lot of amenities. Comfy bed. Clean. Nothing to complain about. The fact that you can't open the window is a bit annoying. I feel like the room would need some air, and there isn't really a proper way of getting it into the room yourself (only the staff can open the window). There are the AC and a small hole in the wall that you can open, but that is not enough.

Very clean room with everything you could need. The location is good, close to the subway and some nice neighbourhoods. Lots of free amenities and the free coffee is a real bonus. I would definitely stay here again.

Coffee at first floor is really good, It is way better then at Tullies, Doutor or Starbucks - and it is free. Just buy your own milk and made kinda latte

Everything was neat and clean! They provided free coffee and tea at the ground floor as well. Great location too as the hotel is very close to lidabashi subway station. The room was a bit small, but as I travelled solo, it was totally fine. The room might be too small for even two people.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Though the room is really small for western travellers, everything has been thought up to the last detail making it practical and comfortable. The area has only a few good restaurants nearby, but being close to the underground makes it really convenient. The staff were great, especially Hina who went out of her way to help us out! We really appreciated it! :)
