The hotel room and amenities were wonderful. All the staff was very nice, and it was great to have a 24 hr front desk. The room was comfortable and looked exactly like the photos, but a little smaller than I was expecting. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. It is a slight inconvenience that you have to leave your room key at the front desk when you leave for the day and retrieve it when you want to return. It discourages you from making midday stops at the hotel.

The Hotel An is a great place to stay if you are looking to stay in Shinjuku. It has nice spacious rooms, is near the Shinjuku Chome metro and the older streets of Shinjuku with lots of good restaurants and bars. The staff looked after us and made it a great start to our Japan trip. Don’t worry about the Love thing, it’s not obvious at all. The only thing is that there aren’t too many breakfast options in the area.

A love hotel but the amenities are fantastic! Bigger than most Japanese hotel rooms although the hotel reeks of smoke scent but not a big deal! Location’s central too!

Larger room than generally available in the city with an especially spacious bathroom and huge flat-screen TV. Quiet given the Kabukicho location. No need to give clean towels and robes wrapped in plastic everyday. If you understand what type of establishment you've chosen, there's nothing to dislike.

The room was nice and clean. The shower was good. Lots of amenities. Had a nice tub. So when I booked my stay i thought. This is a decent price and it looks like a nice hotel. But to my surprise. When i actually went to the hotel. The very same room i reserved. Was available for 1/3rd the price. Do not put this hotel with booking. Go there in person. there are many simular hotels like this if you can't book this one. Don't get scammed.

Room was spacious, excellent amenities, food service was great. Everything was clean. Provided a bunch of face masks and bath salts. Plenty of things nearby, basically walk out of the hotel and slightly down the street and your in the thick of it. Faint smell of cigarettes. Didn't bother me but if your sensitive to it I think the hotel does allow it in some rooms

Just like an ordinary hotel, but you don't get to see the staff. Our room was great. It had everything we needed and very good decor. Like so many Japanese hotels, rooms without a view get a screen across the window. Location was good - near Golden Gai and Shinjuku station, yet a quiet, safe area. Very happy with our stay.
