Great location, easily accessable grom Shinjuku Station, shopping streets are close by. Rooms quite clean and nice, had a nice view. The rooms are really small - two adults with two big luggages - it is a bit challenging. There is nearly no interaction with the staff - both check-in and check-out you are just sent to the machine and have to do it yourself. The staff members looked like they are tired of people - no smile. Service was meh

Great location for overnight transit stop to shop/eat/recharge on the way to the mountains. Good price for being close to central Shinjuku. Comfortable beds Clean rooms and bathroom Check-in staff held our bags at first. Then got us into our rooms as soon as they could, a bit early Rooms a re small. But hey it is Tokyo. the streets around the hotel did seem a little dodge but we did not see or have any issues
